During the inspection, it was not found that there was any sale of dismantled and modified e-bike batteries. The inspection team told the merchants to pay attention to the inspection to ensure that all electric bicycles sold are equipped with safe batteries, "The battery must match exactly with the certificate to ensure safety." ”
In a community near the middle ring of Shangzhong Road, the inspection team found that there were non-motor vehicle parking garages and electric bicycles parked in the overhead layer, and there were also illegal construction of partitions and illegal occupants in an overhead layer. After learning from the neighborhood committee and property staff, the design of the parking garage is a historical problem, and it is currently striving for reconstruction, and the residents' non-motorized vehicles will find a place to park in transition;
In addition to strengthening inspection and rectification, the Xuhui police punished illegal acts related to dissuasion and illegal charging in accordance with the law. Ma, a resident of Lingling Road, has been charging electric bicycles in the corridor for convenience, and the police and cadres of the neighborhood committee have pushed the car out of the corridor many times and informed him of the risks and hidden dangers, but Ma is still lucky, and finally caused a slight fire, and the local police station imposed administrative detention on him in accordance with the law.
Up to now, a total of 132 overhead layers in the district have been arranged, of which 5 overhead layers have illegal occupants or illegal charging of electric bicycles, 2 have been rectified, and the rest are being rectified; 986 have been arranged in the community, involving 2840 carports in the community, of which 18 carports have illegal occupants and 11 have been rectified, and the rest are being rectified.
