Focusing on the theme of "Civilization Has Me, Painting and Talking about Qingcheng", the story of urban civilization is depicted with a brush, showing the civilized and friendly spirit of the people.

Theme description: Civilization is a real and tangible detail, and it is a concrete and vivid practice. Focusing on daily civilized behaviors such as civilized service, civilized transportation, civilized dining table, civilized travel, civilized tourism, volunteer service, integrity construction, and green environmental protection life, it reproduces the vivid scenes of the capital's citizens actively participating in urban construction and civilization creation activities.

(2) Guardians of the city

Theme description: Focus on role models such as moral models, good people around you, and advanced models, as well as urban guardians such as sanitation workers, police, and medical workers, and tell their touching stories of interpreting the beauty of human nature with perseverance and guarding the lights of thousands of homes with their original intentions, showing their role models and transmitting positive energy.

Theme description: Focusing on Hohhot's achievements in the construction of ecological civilization such as pollution control, biodiversity conservation, urban green parks, and beautiful villages in recent years, showing the beauty of Hohhot's natural ecology, and witnessing the happy life brought by lucid waters and lush mountains to urban and rural residents.

Theme description: Focusing on the new lifestyle, ideal attitude of young people in Hohhot, "Lilac Rooting Plan", etc., showing the overall image of Hohhot young people who love life, pursue the future, and be positive, so that the image of Hohhot as a vibrant city and a city of dreams is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.

Theme description: Focusing on Hohhot's history and culture, cultural relics and historic sites, intangible cultural heritage and folk customs, cultural and creative industries and concerts, music festivals, cultural and artistic exhibitions, etc., showing Qingcheng's cultural heritage and vigorous vitality, and promoting Qingcheng's culture to shine out of the circle.

Theme description: Focusing on the hot scene of the construction of infrastructure and key projects such as transportation network, hospitals and schools in Hohhot, as well as the strong momentum of the development of the "six major industrial clusters" of dairy, big data, silicon materials, biomedicine, clean energy and modern chemical industry, it depicts a magnificent picture of the high-quality economic and social development of the capital.

Fourth, the object of the call

It is divided into adult group and youth group

1. Adult group: 18 years old and above

Fifth, the scale of the exhibition

This exhibition will display 200 works of art, 100 pieces in the adult group and 100 pieces in the children's group.

6. Requirements for works

1. The works should be in line with the theme of the exhibition, the content should be positive, and should not violate relevant laws and regulations and public order and good customs.

2. There is no restriction on the type of painting and the form of expression of the work. The width and length of the juvenile group shall not be less than 26 cm and the length shall not exceed 100 cm, and the width and length of the adult group shall not exceed 150 cm. The original manuscript is required, and the selected works do not need to be framed.

3. The entries and exhibits must be original works of the author, and it is strictly forbidden to use high imitation or plagiarism of other people's works in the exhibition. Otherwise, any legal disputes or responsibilities will be caused by the author, and the author will be disqualified from participating in the exhibition.

4. It is strictly forbidden for tutors or parents to directly participate in the creation of works in the youth group.

5. Primary and secondary school students will be registered by the recommended schools. More than 10 people from the same unit are listed as collective exhibitors, please unify the list and submit the manuscripts. 7. Submission and selection methods

8. Author's treatment

5. Requirements for works

6. The number of works to be collected

150 selected works will be awarded certificates.

7. Submission method

1. This contest only accepts color submissions, and any works taken with digital cameras and mobile phones can be submitted.

2. All submitted works should be in JPEG format, with a single work file of no less than 2MB, no more than 10 submissions per person, and no more than 6 group photos.

3. Contributors must submit their manuscripts with their real names, and the electronic file naming format of the submitted works is: author's name + work name + mobile phone number.

4. No text, watermark or border shall be added to the screen of the submitted work, and no framed shall be allowed, and works with partial color change shall not be accepted for the competition.

5. All submitted works need to be placed in a folder, compressed and packaged, and sent to the designated submission mailbox, with the email indicating "name + 'civilization has me, painting and saying Qingcheng' national photography + telephone".

1.
