In order to further improve the basic skills of teachers, promote young teachers to hone their teaching skills, and be more professional in education and teaching, on April 10, Qingshen County Experimental Primary School held the 2023-2024 school year Young Teachers Basic Skills Competition, building a platform for teachers to exercise themselves and show their style.
Under the guidance of the "three good" education concept, the school has been committed to cultivating young teachers, and has put forward specific training requirements for young teachers. Through the establishment of a WeChat group for young teachers, young teachers in schools are organized to carry out special training on basic teaching skills, check in and submit their works every week, and regularly hold debriefing meetings for young teachers, so that young teachers can reflect in a timely manner, actively exercise and grow.
In the competition, the young teachers were engrossed in the competition, and wrote beautiful works with chalk and pens. Their handwriting is either vigorous and powerful, or graceful and feminine, or dignified and generous, or smart and elegant, which fully demonstrates solid basic skills and good personal charm.
After careful selection by the judges, 6 first prizes and 8 second prizes were finally selected. Their handwriting is clear, beautiful and pleasing to the eye.
This competition is not only a test of the basic teaching skills of young teachers, but also provides a platform for young teachers to learn and communicate. It is believed that through the exercise, young teachers can not only improve their writing skills, but also effectively improve the level of education and teaching.
