2 small pieces of ginger (can be increased or decreased according to needs)

Step 2: After brushing the ginger, dry it with a kitchen paper towel, and then use a planer or kitchen knife to cut it into thin slices of about 1~2mm.
Step 3: Line a baking sheet with baking paper and lay the sliced ginger on top of the baking paper.
Step 4: Bake in the oven for about 60 minutes, or until dry.
Step 5: Let the dried ginger slices cool slightly, if you want to make dried ginger powder, use a blender to beat it into powder, and then put the dried ginger slices or dried ginger powder into a sealed crisper box covered with kitchen paper towels, or other suitable sealed containers, and store them in a cool and dry place at room temperature.
