Recently, Fang Xiangwen, general manager of Jinghu (Beijing) Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., told 35 Dou that it is the original intention and mission of the team to let customers use it well, increase revenue, and truly create value for customers.
1. Deeply cultivated in the facility industry for more than ten years, grasping the "gene" of industry and talent advantages
Founded in 2020, with a core team of 18 years of experience in modern facility agricultural equipment and 15 years of rich experience in planting and operation management, Jinghu (Beijing) Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. Fang Xiangwen said that the company's designers and a number of designers in the Netherlands have established a deep technical experience exchange mechanism and sharing channels, and most of the project team are "veterans" who are deeply involved in facility agriculture, and there are senior experts in the fields of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Beijing Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Hebei Academy of Agricultural Sciences, China Agricultural University, Hebei Agricultural University, Shandong Agricultural University and other fields.
At present, the company has a professional greenhouse equipment manufacturing plant in Dezhou, Shandong, with steel structure, aluminum profile automatic processing production line, tomato, strawberry cultivation groove extruder, spraying production line and other professional equipment, which can meet the production and processing needs of conventional and customized greenhouse materials, which makes the company more competitive in design, product innovation and research and development.

"At the beginning, the largest single project we undertook was only 5,000 square meters, and now it is basically 50,000 or 100,000 square meters. ”
With solid industrial resources and talent advantages, Jinghu Technology has achieved "leapfrog" growth in just a few years, and gradually explored a dual-cycle business model of "equipment intelligent manufacturing + operation services" in the industrial chain.
2. From equipment intelligent manufacturing to operation services, the cumulative service projects exceed 650,000 square meters
Fang Xiangwen introduced that the company currently has two business lines: equipment intelligent manufacturing and operation services, which are independent of each other and complement each other's advantages.
In the R&D line of intelligent equipment manufacturing, in addition to the "hardware" such as the main structure of the greenhouse and the aluminum system, the company has carried out the development of two kinds of fruit and vegetable planting systems such as tomato and strawberry, including the semi-closed greenhouse system, carbon dioxide system, water and fertilizer irrigation system developed in cooperation with Dutch experts, etc., and is committed to creating a "cost-saving and good-use" product solution for customers.

In the operation service business line, Jinghu Technology mainly provides planting guidance, hosting and operation of strawberry and tomato varieties, and each has a professional independent team to serve customers. At present, the company has created high-end fruit and vegetable independent brands such as "Berry Good Persimmon World" and "Guomei Berry".

Fang Xiangwen said that the company's operation and service area in recent years has exceeded 650,000 square meters, and its customers are all over Hebei, Shandong, Beijing, Gansu, Liaoning and other regions. Typical projects include: Shandong Dezhou Qingyun Modern Science and Technology Demonstration Base, World Strawberry Congress Greenhouse Project, Haidian Dongsheng Science and Technology Park Leafy Vegetable Factory Production Project, Yunnan Kaiyuan Flower Greenhouse Project, etc.
Due to the high requirements of greenhouses for environmental conditions, considering the cost advantage, the western cities, Shandong, Henan, Hebei and other areas with sufficient sunlight and moderate temperature will be the main direction of the company's business expansion.
At present, the company has successfully created a "professional operation" model for a single crop category.
According to the data, the subsidiaries Shandong Jingyan and Jingberry Technology are professional planting operation and management service providers for tomato and strawberry respectively, and the team is composed of talents from relevant crop science, agronomy and facility industries. In the next 10 to 15 years, the company will make more attempts in the direction of leafy vegetables, blueberries, raspberries and other directions, and accelerate the in-depth cultivation of different crop supply chains.

Fang Xiangwen emphasized that the "gap" of talents in the facility agriculture industry in the past two years is large. As the modern facility agriculture innovation workshop of China Agricultural University, the company is carrying out in-depth cooperation with many domestic agricultural universities through research and development and innovation in the field of experts, multi-mode exploration and park operation, etc., starting from actual combat, accumulating multi-dimensional industrial experience.
At the same time, internationalization is also a critical path. "In addition to having a larger market space, we can also learn valuable lessons from the Netherlands and other facility agriculture pioneers. According to reports, this year, the company is exploring overseas business in the Middle East, CIS and other regions, and will further expand overseas markets in the future.
Fang Xiangwen said that he hopes to deeply participate in the construction of the domestic facility agriculture industry chain, share resources with industry partners, including technology, products, talents and innovative achievements, and work together to promote the significant improvement of mainland facility agriculture from quantity to quality in the current global economic slowdown.
