At about 11 o'clock on the same day, Zhang Moumou drove an ordinary two-wheeled motorcycle with a Gui J license plate on the road, and when the car drove to 200 meters of 206 kilometers on the Guizi Line, it was routinely inspected by the traffic police on duty. After investigation, the driver Zhang Moumou's behavior of driving a motorcycle with a C1 driver's license was inconsistent with the quasi-driving type, and at the same time, he drove the motorcycle without wearing a safety helmet.
When checking the vehicle information, the vehicle number plate information could not be queried, and the driver Zhang Moumou was suspected of using a forged or altered motor vehicle license plate. When questioned by the police, he argued that the motorcycle belonged to his brother-in-law, and the license plate was purchased by his brother-in-law online, and he did not know the specific situation.
At present, the Luodian Public Security Traffic Police temporarily detained the motorcycle involved in the case in accordance with the law, and the case is being handled. The driver, Zhang Moumou, drove an ordinary two-wheeled motorcycle on the road, did not wear a safety helmet as required, drove a vehicle that did not match the type of quasi-driving vehicle indicated on the driver's license, and was suspected of using forged or altered motor vehicle number plates. According to the relevant provisions of the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", the three violations will be combined, and Zhang Moumou will face 21 points on his driver's license, a fine of 2,220 yuan and administrative detention.
