Parents learning how to be wise parents can not only have a profound impact on their children's growth, but also make a positive contribution to the family and even the whole society. This process is not only a process of self-improvement for parents, but also a path to success and happiness for children. On the afternoon of April 8, 2024, the fifth and sixth grade parent representatives of Xinmi Experimental Primary School Education Group gathered in the school lecture hall to conduct the fourth lecture on "Happy Parents" after the start of the new semester in 2024.
The lecturer of this lecture is Mr. Zhang Enming, who is an expert in education management of the think tank of China University, a senior family education tutor of the Ministry of Education, a lecturer of the think tank group of the Zhengzhou Mental Health Association, the founder of the efficient process learning method and a senior psychological counselor of the China Academy of Management Sciences. This time, he conducted an in-depth discussion on the confusion of parents facing their children's adolescence and how to balance family relationships and be happy parents.
Teacher Zhang Enming used humorous and easy-to-understand language to support parents and friends on the scene from the four aspects of educating children: shell growth, emotional communication, internal drive (dream stimulation), and scene experience. Guide parents to understand why they want to learn, to change their attitudes and methods of learning, and to know how to follow the principles of learning. Mr. Zhang analyzed the typical problems of parents in the process of children's education, and subverted the inherent thinking of parents in the process of traditional education.
During the class, parents actively interacted with the teacher, and carefully recorded the educational methods provided by the teacher, and I believe that the parents also hope to learn the most appropriate way to educate their children through this class.
Mr. Zhang told parents the importance of correctly educating their children through some examples, and also answered parents' educational doubts through interaction with parents.
This lecture tells parents that by understanding and accepting their children's unique personalities and needs, they can adjust their education methods and family rules more flexibly, so that the interaction between family members is smoother and warmer. Such a family atmosphere not only enhances the intimacy and trust between family members, but also provides a stable and safe environment for children to grow up.
Through this parent workshop, parents have a deeper understanding and perception of education, and understand that the responsibility of parents is to guide their children to the future, and the future is full of changes and challenges, and they need to constantly update their knowledge and skills to adapt to this ever-changing world. We should not only pay attention to the growth needs of children, but also understand their interests and hobbies, so that children can be happy children and make themselves happy parents.
