The ratio of men and women in this class is seriously imbalanced, with 2/3 of the boys making up 2/3, especially because of the presence of a classmate who is famous inside and outside the school.

Ji's parents divorced when he was born, and his father has been busy with his livelihood and goes out to work all year round, and his grandmother usually takes him to him. Grandma is old and has never gone to school, so she usually works as a cleaner, leaving early and returning late, and usually cooks him a meal. As soon as school was out the next day, I followed Ji to the house, and my grandmother told me about the various sorrows and grievances about the child in the past few years, and I expressed my understanding of my grandmother and Ji's behavior. In the evening, I talked to the child's father on the phone, instructing parents to care more about their children, keep in touch with their children, keep abreast of their children's daily life, help parents build up confidence in educating their children, free them from the antagonism with the school, win the support of parents, and jointly take on the responsibility of educating children. 1. Dream leading

Dream is not only the goal, but also the direction. The first and second grades listen to dreams, the third and fourth grades talk about dreams, and the fifth and sixth grades practice dreams. At the beginning of each semester, I ask the children to write down our class goals, group goals, personal goals, and a favorite quote on a sticky note and post it on the dream wall of the class. At the end of the semester, we will summarize the gains and regrets of the semester and inspire the children to start a new journey.
