Yao Lin said that the construction of Xiong'an New Area is a millennium plan and a national event personally planned, deployed and promoted by the general secretary. As a newly established central enterprise and the first batch of central enterprises, China Mineral Resources Group resolutely implements the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council. We deeply feel that the new area is a hot land for entrepreneurship, and we have strengthened our confidence and determination to develop in Xiong'an. With the care and support of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Government and the Party Working Committee and the Management Committee of Xiong'an New Area, the Xiong'an Headquarters project was successfully started. It is hoped that all participating units will strictly abide by the design concept, improve quality management, promote the implementation of the project with high standards and high quality, build a green, low-carbon, healthy, comfortable, intelligent, international and high-quality corporate headquarters, and strive to build the project into a model of Xiong'an.

Tian Jinchang said that China Mineral Resources Group resolutely implemented the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, selected the site and promoted the construction as soon as possible, which fully reflected the firm political position and strong mission, and made important contributions to Beijing's non-capital functions and building a new engine for national innovation-driven development. At present, Xiong'an New Area has entered the important stage of "two simultaneous emphasis" and "three simultaneous development", with the gathering of various elements accelerated, and the city's comprehensive functions, commercial service functions and public service functions have been further improved. As a major landmark relief project, the Xiong'an Headquarters Project of China Mineral Resources Group will strongly promote the industrial development and the layout of new quality productivity in the new area, and it is expected that China Mineral Resources Group will further give full play to the advantages of central enterprises, promote the layout of more second- and third-tier subsidiaries and innovative business sectors in the new area, guide various innovative elements to gather in the new area, and promote high-quality development with high-quality relief. Before the groundbreaking ceremony, Zhang Guohua, Yao Lin and others listened to the introduction of the investment and construction of the project. Nearly 200 people attended the event, including Gao Gao, Gao Xiaoyu and Ji Chao, leaders of China Mineral Resources Group, Hu Jianhua, Tian Min and Lv Weiping, external directors of the group, Zhao Fengdong, Yu Guoyi and Wang Jiping, leaders of the new area, relevant departments and units of Xiong'an New Area, relevant personnel of project design, construction and supervision units, and representatives of cadres and employees of China Mineral Resources Group.
