Zhang Guohua, on behalf of the Party Working Committee and the Management Committee of Xiong'an New Area, first extended a warm welcome to Liu Taige and his entourage, and expressed his heartfelt thanks to Mr. Liu Taige and his team for their long-term care and support to the new area. He said that since the establishment of Xiong'an New Area, it has always adhered to the world vision, international standards, Chinese characteristics, and high-point positioning, compiled and formed a "1+4+26" planning system, and solidly promoted the development of urban planning, construction and other work. At present, the urban framework of the new area has been fully opened, the urban functions have been continuously improved, and the urban fabric has been continuously optimized, which is accelerating the transformation of the high-standard urban planning blueprint into a high-quality urban development reality. In order to build a model city in the history of human development, provide Chinese solutions to solve the problem of "big city", and build a wonderful and longed-for future city, Xiong'an New Area needs to continuously learn from the advanced planning and construction experience and development wisdom of cities at home and abroad. As a well-known urban planner, Mr. Liu Taige has participated in the planning and design of Singapore and many places around the world, and enjoys a high reputation at home and abroad. It is hoped that Mr. Liu Taige and his team will actively make suggestions for the relevant planning and design work of Xiong'an New Area in combination with the advanced concepts of international urban construction and development, continuously improve the urban planning level of Xiong'an New Area, and help the New Area build a modern city with a global vision.

Liu Taige expressed his gratitude to the Party Working Committee and the Management Committee of Xiong'an New Area for their care and support, expressed his appreciation for the importance of planning in urban construction in Xiong'an New Area, and put forward valuable suggestions for further optimizing and upgrading the planning and design of the new area based on years of practical experience. He said that during this visit, he felt the rapid changes in Xiong'an New Area and was full of confidence in the future development of the new area. Urban construction takes precedence in planning, and doing a good job in urban planning plays an important leading role in urban construction and development. Xiong'an New Area has a blank sheet of paper to build a new city, with a good foundation and conditions to plan and build a city of exemplary significance. It is expected that Xiong'an New Area will build a livable city of international standards and contribute Chinese wisdom to the construction of human cities.
