Zhang Guohua and his entourage successively went to the Science and Technology Park of Xiong'an Innovation Research Institute, the Xiong'an Science and Technology Innovation Comprehensive Service Center, and the pilot base of the Science and Technology Innovation Center to observe the progress of project construction on the spot, learn more about the settlement of enterprises and industrial introduction, and study the operation and development of the park and industrial carrier, project layout and other work on site. Zhang Guohua stressed that at present, Xiong'an New Area has entered the stage of large-scale construction and undertaking Beijing's non-capital function dredging, and the focus of work has shifted to high-quality construction, high-level management, and high-quality relief and development, and must adhere to innovation as the first driving force for high-quality development, promote comprehensive innovation with scientific and technological innovation as the core, actively absorb all kinds of innovation resource and element agglomeration, and strive to build an innovation-driven development leading area, so that Xiong'an New Area will become an innovation highland and entrepreneurial hotspot in the new era. It is necessary to further improve the top-level design of scientific and technological innovation in the new area, focus on leading industrial development, collaborative innovation of application scenarios, platform carrier construction, industrial park layout, etc., clarify work ideas and key tasks, and build a scientific and technological innovation system that is oriented to reality and the future and adapts to market and demand. It is necessary to adhere to the combination of the five major industrial development directions and the six major undertaking and relief priorities, plan for great development based on small cuts, accurately select leading industrial subdivisions, form industrial clusters, and build a modern industrial system in the new area. It is necessary to do a solid job in improving scientific and technological innovation policies, fund support, intellectual property protection, business environment optimization, talent apartment construction, logistics service guarantee and other aspects, plant "plane trees" and attract "golden phoenixes", so that Xiong'an New Area will become a wonderful city full of innovative taste in the air, a city for talents to yearn for and achieve their dreams.
