Deputy Director Guo Ed went to Linzhou No. 2 Experimental Primary School to give a special lecture on reading the whole book
The spring breeze is full of books, and thousands of flowers and confidants gather. On the afternoon of April 7, Guo Aide, deputy director of Linzhou Municipal Education and Sports Bureau, Pei Guoying, director of the Education and Teaching Research Center, and Niu Yanping, deputy director of the Education and Research Center, visited Linzhou No. 2 Experimental Primary School and presented a unique cultural feast for the teachers. Walk with the classics, infiltrate the background of life, and be accompanied by famous books to shape a beautiful soul. Dream of the Red Chamber is an ancient Chinese fictional novel in Zhanghui style, and is the first of the four classical Chinese masterpieces. A song of red mansions contains the joys and sorrows of the world, and a red study is full of cultural and artistic charm.
Director Guo read "Dream of Red Mansions" several times, combined with his own life insights, and gave a special lecture on "Reading Famous Books and Realizing Life-Learning Management from Wang Xifeng" for teachers. From the relationship network of the four families of Jia, Shi, Wang and Xue, to the life judgment of the twelve hairpins of Jinling, and then to the management level of Wang Xifeng, he talked eloquently and wittily, which amazed the audience here, tasted the fragrance of books in the reading of the whole book, and comprehended the true meaning of life in the taste.
From the lecture, we have an in-depth understanding of Wang Xifeng. She is from the Wang family, the niece of Mrs. Wang, and the wife of Jia Lian. She is young and beautiful, revealing dignity, a slender figure, a plump physique, and an unrevealing majesty, which seems gratifying, but in fact is terrifying. She is shrewd and capable, has won the trust of Jia's mother and Mrs. Wang, is in an important position in the Rongguo Mansion, is the actual housekeeper grandmother, and her management level can be described as extremely high.
Director Guo deeply analyzed the management of Wang Xifeng's assistant Ning Guofu: dare to take responsibility, be good at thinking, find the crux of the problem, be familiar with the situation, have a clear attitude, take responsibility for people, and make clear arrangements...... His humorous language and unique insights have triggered all teachers to think deeply - reading, seeing the world, understanding life, and making himself a responsible people's teacher.
