Jinchuan Community in Yushan Street is a modern community with a large number of young people and strong mobility, and it is difficult to govern at the grassroots level. Information linkage and sharing. In the Shangri Community, when a resident had a conflict due to inheritance, the community "peacemaker" mediation team played a role in joint mediation of the conflict, invited judges from the community to successfully resolve the family matter by integrating reason and legal reason, avoided the escalation of the conflict, reduced the lawsuit, and resolved the conflict at the doorstep.
