Recently, the first stop of the education preparatory meeting of the Fuzhou Detachment of the Armed Police began at the former site of the revolutionary base of the first guerrilla detachment of the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army in Luohanli, Fuqing City.
"We should dig deep into the red resources around the station, train and establish our own team of red commentators, and carry out red education through on-site visits to help officers and soldiers gain an in-depth understanding of the revolutionary history of the station. In 1934, revolutionary ancestors Huang Xiaomin, Liu Tujun, and Chen Jinlai came to Luohanli to spread the revolutionary flame and establish a network of strongholds, making it a key guerrilla activity base in central Fujian. At the former site of the revolutionary base of the first guerrilla detachment of the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army in central Fujian, Luohan City, Shi Zehua, the political instructor of the 20th Squadron on duty of the detachment, acted as a red commentator, leading everyone to march along the "Red Army Road" that the Red Army had walked in the three-year guerrilla war in central Fujian, through the dense forest, through the alleys, into the Luohanli Revolutionary Memorial Hall, and watched a large number of precious pictures and historical materials. The real scenes, detailed explanations, vivid and touching pictures, as well as the firm faith, heroic tenacity, and fearless sacrifice spirit of the revolutionary ancestors deeply infected all the political work cadres.
Subsequently, the group went to the camp of the Fuqing squadron, and under the guidance and explanation of Lai Xiaolong, the political instructor of the Fuqing squadron, they visited the construction of the political and cultural environment of the camp. During the visit, the political instructor of the 12th squadron on duty said that in the past, the construction of the political environment of his squadron had only completed the prescribed actions, and the superiors had unified content to meet the status quo and no longer change.
Li Chang, political instructor of the Pingtan Squadron, reported on the experience and practices of the squadron's cultural activities. The squadron regularly holds the "Scholarly Arashishima" reading sharing meeting, the "Writing Challenge" creation sharing meeting, the "Original Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" and the "Strong Army Cinema" and other activities, providing a platform for sharing and exchange, stimulating the enthusiasm of officers and men for learning and creation, so that the majority of officers and soldiers can grow their knowledge and increase their talents in the fragrance of books, and constantly improve their internal motivation.

The Pingtan squadron also co-built with the party branch of the resident village, coordinated and invited local folk art inheritors, introduced the provincial "intangible cultural heritage" cultural project - rattan brand drill into the barracks, and created a unique "one team, one product" literary and artistic program for the squadron, which not only strengthened the cultural atmosphere, but also improved the teamwork ability in entertaining. At present, the retained programs among the officers and men of the squadron include rattan exercises, storytelling, drum kits, talk shows, poetry recitals, sketches, and choruses.

In the afternoon, at a preparatory meeting for education held by the detachment organs, Zhao Yong, political commissar of the Fuzhou detachment, pointed out that the education should focus on practical problems, be carried out in a flexible form, and adhere to the above rate, and should not only have the methods and contents of education that officers and men like to see, but also have the teachers who understand what officers and men think and need. Only education that can solve practical problems can be convincing, and at the same time, it is necessary to teach both words and deeds, so that officers and men can be truly infected, touched, and educated.
Que Yongjun, the political instructor of the Minqing Squadron, said after the event: "A visit to study, an experience sharing, and an education preparation meeting have deeply inspired the first person responsible for our grassroots education.
