On March 30, Sichuan Liming Engineering Consulting Management Co., Ltd. issued the "Ya'an Panda Avenue Road Break Construction Announcement", according to the construction plan of the Ya'an Panda Avenue Urban Main Road Road Reconstruction Project, the Panda Avenue (Xiaolian Street - Fengyi Road) section will be constructed in the near future, and the Panda Avenue (Xiaolian Street - Fengyi Road) section of the road will be closed during the construction period.
In accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations, the traffic police detachment of the Ya'an Public Security Bureau agreed to close the road for construction.
Cut-off time:
From April 3, 2024 to June 30, 2024 (sections will be opened in advance if traffic conditions are met).
Broken Road Section:
From April 3 to June 5, the construction of the motor lane on Panda Avenue (Xiaolian Street-Jinfeng Street) will be closed, during which motor vehicles can borrow the auxiliary road on the north side to pass slowly and orderly from east to west;
From April 10th to June 30th, the construction of the motorway on Panda Avenue (Jinfeng Street-Fengyi Road) section will be closed, during which motor vehicles can borrow the north side auxiliary road to pass slowly and orderly from east to west.
Control measures:
1. During the road closure, all motor vehicles, non-motor vehicles, and pedestrians are prohibited from passing through the motor lanes of the closed road section;
2. At the intersection of Aiguo Road and Yazhou Avenue: it is forbidden to turn left in the direction of Aiguo Road to Yazhou Avenue;
3. At the intersection of Aiguo Road and Heping East Road: It is forbidden to turn left from Heping Middle Road to Aiguo Road, Railway Station and Mingshan, and bypass Heping East Road and East Ring Road;
4. At the intersection of Panda Avenue and Qingnian Street: it is forbidden to turn left at Heping South Road to Daxing Bridge and Daxing Bridge to Sunshine Road;
5. The whole section of the auxiliary road on the north side of Panda Avenue is forbidden to park, which can be used for one-way traffic of motor vehicles from east to west, and forms a single-cycle traffic loop with the intersecting roads respectively, as a temporary transit channel connecting the surrounding residential areas and commercial streets.
From April 3rd to April 10th, the construction of the section of Panda Avenue (Xiaolian Street-Jinfeng Street) will be closed, and the section from Jinfeng Street to Fengyi Road on Panda Avenue will be open to traffic, and traffic control will be carried out according to the above map.
From April 10th to June 5th, the construction of the section of Panda Avenue (Xiaolian Street-Fengyi Road) will be closed, and traffic control will be carried out according to the above map.

Vehicles in the direction of the old city detour via the North Outer Ring Road, Yazhou Avenue, Panda Avenue (Jinfeng Street-Fengyi Road) and Heping Road, and vehicles in the direction of Luxin Island detour via Fengyi Road, Yazhou Avenue, Panda Avenue (Jinfeng Street-Fengyi Road) and Heping Road.
2. Famous mountains and bypass routes in the opening area

2. The vehicle entrances and exits of Zhenghuang Phase I of Heping Middle Road, the South Gate of Ya'an Vocational and Technical College, and the Four Little Hanbei Campus are "right in and right out", and U-turn is prohibited in the whole road section.
3. The vehicle entrance and exit of the parking lot of Tuohai No. 1 Riverbank and Gaoyique Park on Heping East Road are "right in and right out", and U-turn is prohibited on the whole road section. Xiaolian Street Tuohai first riverbank vehicle entrance and exit "right in and right out".
