At 10:00 a.m. on March 31, Shandong Heavy Industry Group held the 2024 Party Style and Clean Government Construction and Anti-Corruption Work Conference in Jinan, implemented the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Third Plenary Session of the 12th Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, and systematically deployed the Group's key work on party style and clean government construction and anti-corruption in 2024.
Tan Xuguang conveyed the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Third Plenary Session of the 12th Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, and the Provincial Inspection and Inspection Work Conference, and made "four commitments to integrity and self-discipline" to all cadres and employees of the group:
❖ First, I promise that I will never interfere in the decision-making process of the group and its ownership enterprises in terms of material procurement and related party transactions;
❖Second, I promise that I will never allow anyone to arrange any work without permission under my banner and interfere in major matters such as personnel, bidding, and investment;
❖Third, I promise that as the main person in charge, I will resolutely manage the people around me and lead the team, and never allow any behavior of "relying on enterprises to eat enterprises";
❖Fourth, I promise to set an example in everything in the team at all levels, and consciously take the initiative to accept the supervision of all cadres and employees.
Tan Xuguang requested that teams at all levels should sign letters of commitment at all levels, consolidate responsibilities step by step, and be responsible for each level at the first level, so as to form a "chain of commitment to integrity and self-discipline", so that all cadres can link self-discipline on the integrity chain and be under the supervision of the majority of employees.
Li Peng, head of the discipline inspection and supervision team of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, member of the party committee and secretary of the discipline inspection commission of the group, made a work report on "in-depth study and implementation of the important ideas of the party's self-revolution and strive to promote the high-quality development of discipline inspection and supervision work in the new journey".
Wang Tao, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Shandong Heavy Industry, presided over the meeting. More than 900 people attended the meeting, including middle-level assistant and above leading cadres and discipline inspection personnel of the group headquarters, ownership companies, and representatives of the second party congress of the group.
