In accordance with the Federal Law of Russia No. 123-FZ or the Eurasian Union TR CU 043 Regulation, a fire safety exemption letter will be issued for products that do not require mandatory EAC/fire certification or EAC/fire conformity declaration, also known as a fire refusal letter. Why do I need a Fire Safety Waiver Letter?

Exports of goods to member states of the Eurasian Economic Area.

Speed up and smoothly pass through customs inspection in the import and export process. In some cases, it is possible to significantly speed up the formalities and smoothly pass through the customs supervision area.

Expedited fire safety waiver letter. There is no limit to the validity period of the fire safety certificate. The fire safety certificate does not need to be reissued. Reissuance is required only in the event of changes in the technical regulations and other normative laws and regulations of the Customs Union.
Validity of the Declaration of Conformity for Fire Safety
The fire safety declaration of conformity does not specify a validity period. This means that it will be valid indefinitely, with the following exceptions:
Changes in the regulations and decrees of the Russian Federation and the countries of the Customs Union, which directly affect the process of import, export and sale of products.
Change of the name and trademark of the applicant company.
For example, if the list of goods for which mandatory fire safety certification or mandatory fire safety declaration of conformity is expanded or the name is changed, the fire safety exemption letter will become invalid.
