The National Cultural Industry Demonstration Base is named by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, with significant social and economic benefits, strong strength and industry influence, and a cultural enterprise that has a demonstrative and leading role in promoting the optimization and upgrading of cultural formats and promoting the integration and innovative development of cultural industries.
In order to promote the development of the cultural industry in the direction of scale, intensification and specialization, the former Ministry of Culture launched the selection and naming of the national cultural industry demonstration base in 2004, and successively named 6 batches of national cultural industry demonstration bases, cultivating and forming a number of cultural industry backbone enterprises with considerable scale. In 2015, due to the adjustment of the organizational structure of the competent department of culture and tourism, the selection of the national cultural industry demonstration base was suspended.
