Recently, the Ganquan County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau carried out special inspections of small food production and processing workshops to investigate the risks and hidden dangers of food production and processing in a timely manner.
During the inspection, the law enforcement personnel focused on key areas, key links, and key business entities, and severely cracked down on unlicensed and unlicensed processing behaviors by checking whether the small food processing workshops were licensed for production and operation, and resolutely banned "black workshops" and "black dens"; additives are inspected, and the use of non-food raw materials to produce processed food, as well as the illegal use of food additives beyond the scope and limit.
In addition, during the inspection, the law enforcement officers also carefully checked whether the small food production and processing workshop has established and strictly implemented the system of purchase inspection, certificate and ticketing, purchase and sales ledger, etc., and whether the employees have obtained valid health certificates.
In the next step, the Ganquan Bureau will continue to carry out special inspections to achieve full coverage of the supervision of small food processing workshops, organize "retrospective" inspections, and establish a long-term supervision mechanism for food safety.
