The spring breeze in March blows away thousands of plum blossoms on the banks of the Hutuo River. Located on the north bank of the Hutuo River and on the west side of the Zilong Bridge, in the plum garden, apricot plum, palace pink plum, cinnabar plum, Guli red plum, and beauty plum bloom one after another. Clusters of pink flowers hang on the branches and sway in the wind, deep and shallow, layered, and the plum blossoms in full bloom in the garden attract many tourists to stop and watch, take pictures, and rush to the annual flower feast.
The plum garden in the Hutuo River Ecological Zone covers an area of 13,000 square meters and is distributed in blocks on the north side of the landscape road. Two 5-meter-high old plum trees stand in the center of the plum garden, with huge specifications and beautiful tree shapes, which can be called the "plum king" of the plum garden. This year's plum blossoms bloom a little later than usual, with the best time to see them from mid to late March to mid-April.
In addition, from March to May, flowers such as mountain peaches, spring greetings, magnolias, and peaches bloom in the plum garden, and visitors can enjoy the colorful scenes of spring in the plum garden.
