On March 22, a man in uniform was eating at a restaurant in Yulin, Shaanxi Province, when he got into a verbal altercation with a truck driver who was also eating at the restaurant. During the argument, the uniformed man got up and poured his food into the trash can in front of the truck driver, and then loudly questioned the truck driver: "Don't you see me wearing a uniform?" And asked the driver of the cart to pick up the noodles of the trash can and eat them, so he let the driver go, and seeing that he did not act, the man actually grabbed the driver's neck and asked him to eat the food in the trash can. During the whole process, the driver of the big car did not act aggressively.

On the 23rd, Shaanxi Traffic Control Yuwu Branch issued a briefing: At around 18 o'clock on March 20, the toll station staff of our branch made inappropriate words and deeds to a driver when eating in a restaurant, and there were verbal disputes and physical pushes, which aroused public opinion. In response to this situation, our branch and the local police station set up a joint investigation team. According to the investigation, the personnel involved were suspended for inspection and processing, and further investigation was accepted, and the toll stations of our branch were required to draw inferences from one case to another and strengthen the internal management of employees.
