Last year, the urban community happiness pension acceleration project was included in the list of provincial and municipal livelihood facts. According to the construction tasks issued by the Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, our city will complete 11 construction tasks in 2023, and all of them are now put into operation or trial operation. Guoyu Home Care Service Center, located in Longhu Community, Xinjiang County, is one of the 11 urban community happiness pension acceleration projects, and it is also the first batch of community home care projects completed and operated in our city this year. The total area of the project is about 2,000 square meters, with an investment of 8 million yuan, which is a pension project invested by the main body of the market.
"The environment here is good, the meals are commonplace, clean and hygienic, affordable, and healthy for the elderly, and a person can eat comfortably for 20 yuan a day." Xu Shuyun said that her mother was at the Guoyu Home Care Service Center, and the environment and food of the center had nothing to say.
The center's restaurant is also open to the community and the surrounding people, and everyone comes to eat one after another every meal, and a lunch meal of 12.9 yuan includes three dishes, one soup, one meat and two vegetables. Nan Nan, the person in charge, told reporters that more than 200 people eat here every day, basically from nearby residents, and many of them have also applied for monthly cards. At the same time, the community elderly restaurant also provides door-to-door meal delivery service for the convenience of some elderly people who are inconvenient to travel.
Wenxi County Dongzhen Lubei Community Home Care Service Center, which is also the city's community happiness pension acceleration project this year, will be completed and put into trial operation at the end of November 2023, with a construction area of 1,477 square meters, and a 5-storey building that integrates long-term and short-term care, day care, elderly restaurants, health management, culture and entertainment, and "six helps" (meal assistance, medical assistance, bathing assistance, walking assistance, emergency assistance, and cleaning assistance) and other service functions in accordance with the standards.
After the trial operation of the Dongzhen Lubei Community Home Care Service Center, the children of the elderly came to consult every day. Dong Fudong, a 73-year-old resident of the Lubei community, is one of them. "My home is not far away, and I also have the idea of caring for the elderly in the community with my wife, so I have always paid special attention to the Lubei Community Home Care Service Center. When I heard that the center had started trial operation, I came over to have a look when I had time. Since the soft opening, my wife and I have had a few meals here, and the overall feeling is very good, and I have personally experienced the warmth and comfort here. Dong Fudong said that this made him more longing for a happy old age life at the "doorstep".
It is understood that in order to implement this practical matter of people's livelihood, the Civil Affairs Bureau planned in advance and issued the "Yuncheng 2023 Urban Community Happiness Pension Acceleration Project Implementation Plan" in February 2023, clarifying the construction tasks and schedules; In line with the principle of "convenience and convenience for the elderly", the Civil Affairs Bureau strictly controls the entrance and site selection of the project, and conducts on-site inspections on the site one by one. In addition, the provincial level allocated a subsidy of 9.36 million yuan in May 2023 according to the standard of 700 yuan per square meter, and the city will be burdened by the city and county in accordance with the standard of not less than 700 yuan per square meter, and 3.65 million yuan of municipal awards and subsidies will be allocated in June, and all county-level matching funds will be in place at the end of June. The full implementation of project funds, weekly reporting of project construction and supervision and inspection have ensured the smooth implementation of this practical project for people's livelihood.
