In this regard, the official tea Baidao issued a statement on Weibo to apologize. It said that after the media report was issued, it rushed to the scene as soon as possible, quickly closed the store involved, and fully cooperated with the local market supervision department to investigate and rectify. Starting from March 15, we immediately launched a self-inspection of all stores across the country, and so far we have completed a detailed inspection of 7,968 stores in operation. In the future, we will also continue to promote the "Transparent Tea Hundred Ways" project.
As for the above-mentioned media reported that the store violated the company's regulations and changed the label of the raw material appreciation period without authorization, the official said that although the raw materials have not expired, they are no longer the taste we want everyone to taste. But in fact, this is not the first time that the official has apologized for changing the label of the store's expired ingredients, as early as 2021, some stores have been exposed to such problems. At that time, the official issued an apology letter saying, "We sincerely apologize for the problems of non-compliance with hygiene standards and unauthorized changes to the operating procedures in some of our stores." These problems are caused by our own management negligence.
