We are from the Beijing-Kunming Expressway Panxi section of the Lugu station off the expressway, out of the station, turn right, cross the Sunshui River Bridge, turn left, less than 20 minutes to arrive at Xide County.
Among the 17 counties (cities) in Liangshan, Xide County is the closest county to the state capital Xichang, and the name of Xide County is very interesting, "Xide", and the Yi language is called "Xi Duo Lada". "Xi" armor means, "grab" is the meaning of production. "Rada" means flat land between two mountains. "Seturada" means the place where armor is made.
Because "Xi Duo" is similar to the Chinese homonym "Xide", it was respected and unanimously adopted by representatives of all ethnic groups and all walks of life when the county was established, with the festive "Xi" and the "de" of virtue as the phrase, and "Xide" as the name of the county. On February 25, 1953, the People's Government of Xide County was formally established. The county seat is located on the flood slope, and the urban area is fan-shaped, so it is called "Fan City".
The breeze is warm, the river is murmuring, and the Sunshui River flows slowly from the south of the county.
Now, after 71 years of hard work by the people of the county, this "fan city" is becoming more three-dimensional, urban construction is changing with each passing day, and the construction of three characteristic blocks of Xide Water Street, Yijia Style Village, and the central axis of the city meeting room is being started.
Xide is very happy. Two railways pass through the doorstep, and the Chengdu-Kunming Railway runs through the county for 83 kilometers and has 10 railway stations along the line. Taking the slow train to Xichang City to catch up or play was once the most unforgettable memory of people here.

In Xide, when it comes to Yi lacquerware, it is necessary to visit the "Jiwu" family in Apuruha Village, Yiluo Township, Xide County, whose family is famous for their exquisite lacquerware making skills. Up to now, the 16th generation inheritor Ji Wuwu is the national intangible cultural heritage inheritor of Yi lacquerware decoration skills.
This old artist has been lingering in the lacquerware world. He still remembers that in 2008, the 5th Santa Fe International Folk Art Fair was held in Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA. His 285 personal works show the Yi lacquerware skills and artistic value to the world, and the works "Kuzu" and "Book Bottom" are directly collected by the World Folk Museum. At present, Jiwu Wuhe's works have been sold to more than 40 regions and countries such as Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Thailand, Japan, the United States, Germany, France, Italy, etc., and many treasures have been collected by celebrities and museums in many countries.

There are beautiful, small jasper-like "twelve sisters" waiting for someone destined to unveil their enchanting and dignified beauty - there is the sea of twelve sisters in the Xiaoxiangling Scenic Area.
Starting from Xide County to the west, passing through Mianshan Town to the direction of Yuexi County, climbing along the gradually rising mountain, an hour's drive, you can arrive at the Xiaoxiangling Scenic Area, that is, the Yi people say "Orzee" mountain range, standing here, you can also overlook the Waji Muliangzi and Maguo Liangzi in the distance.

According to reports, in the Xiaoxiangling Scenic Area, one day can meet the four seasons, clear and foggy, rain and snow, the scene is thousands.
