In the 2024 Asian Cup final, Qatar won the championship, and Ma Ning's law enforcement performance attracted much attention, however, China's famous whistle received not only applause, but also doubts. The Jordanian team, the losing side in the final, questioned Manin's move to give Qatar three penalties in the final, and a former Jordanian official even listed Manin's black history, accusing him of disastrous law enforcement performance in this final.

In all fairness, it takes courage to award 3 penalties in a single game, after all, on the stage of the final, especially in the World Series, few referees dare to give 3 penalties to the hosts, and even if all are correct, it will cause huge controversy.

Qatar is naturally satisfied with Manin's law enforcement performance, but Jordan is very dissatisfied, you know, their three goals conceded, all penalty, although the Jordanian players are a little self-seeking, but they will blame the defeat on Manin's law enforcement.

Ma Ning is a 44-year-old university professor who began his career as a referee in 2002. He is one of the most famous referees in the history of football and is known for showing yellow and red cards. He has issued 1,121 yellow cards and 70 red cards in his career, an average of five cards per game.

The referee was banned for four months, and in 2016, the Saudi Football Association brought bribery charges against him and accused him of taking bribes in a match in the AFC Champions League.

He officiated the Asian Cup round of 16 match between Qatar and Palestine, wrongly awarding a penalty against Qatar that resulted in Palestine being eliminated from the competition.

The referee officiated the 2019 Asian Cup Qatar vs Lebanon match by mistakenly cancelling a legitimate Lebanese goal and awarding a wrong free-kick, which led to Qatar's goal and unjustifiably sending off a Lebanese player.

The above is the complaint of the Jordanian side against Ma Ning, it seems that not everyone is convinced by the law enforcement performance of the Chinese referee in this Asian Cup!
