27-year-old female truck driver: She has been in the industry for 7 years, earns 30,000 yuan a month, and plans to make two more trips during the Spring Festival

Shao Yun, 27, sits in a truck surrounded by the scenery of Mengding Town, Lincang, Yunnan Province, more than 2,700 kilometers from her hometown of Yuncheng County, Heze, Shandong Province.

I can't go home for the New Year this year. She is a truck driver, and she has just received an order to pull 30 tons of beans from Yunnan to Changchun, Jilin Province, which is estimated to take four or five days.

In front of the tractor with a total length of nearly 20 meters and a height of 4.1 meters, Shao Yun, who is nearly 1.7 meters tall, looks small.

After 7 years in the industry, what initially attracted her was the cool "truck female driver" identity, and later, many drivers felt that the market was not good, and sold cars to change careers, she was still happy to learn, "My heart is more ambitious", she said, in the new year, she hopes to get a visa and go abroad to see.

[1] When you open your eyes, you will be on the steering wheel

In addition to going abroad, I also have a short-term goal of visiting Tibet. I have been running for so many years, and of all the provinces in the country, only Tibet has not been there.

My family has not agreed to let me go, the environment over there is too bad, the lack of oxygen, the high reaction is particularly serious, and the terrain is still relatively steep, but my heart is more wild, I like fresh, unknown things, like to explore.

Last summer, after I spent 3 months to get my A2 driver's license, I took out a loan of more than 500,000 yuan, plus tens of thousands of yuan I saved, and bought the current tractor.

I mainly pull away the goods of the green channel, all the fruits and vegetables, as well as a very small number of livestock, these things that are not easy to save belong to the "green pass", and they are free of highway fees all over the country.

The distance is less than 2000 kilometers, and I basically don't do it. From the first day of the car to the present, from Yunnan to the Northeast, and then from the Northeast to Yunnan, I have been running between the tail and the head of the chicken in China, and each trip has been going back and forth for more than 10 days. In less than three months, I ran eight times, and the number on the dashboard was more than 63,000 kilometers.

Strictly speaking, if the owner is in a hurry, I don't have time to rest. 24 hours a day, I can't wait to drive for 25 hours, and I now stay up all night until my hair falls out.

Sometimes when I get sleepy, I wash my face with cool water in the middle of winter, and then apply a cold mask to refresh my mind. If you are too sleepy to stand it, set an alarm clock on your phone, squint in the driver's seat for an hour or two, and open your eyes to the steering wheel.

When I usually eat, I buy a can of eight-treasure porridge in the service area, or buy a cup of soy milk, buy a finger cake, sometimes make a bucket of instant noodles, eat it in the car, and then run. If I have enough time, I can sit in the service area and have a quiet buffet, but this kind of good thing doesn't happen every time.

When you get to the place, you can rest. I'm young, I'm so young, I can lie in bed for two and a half days if the goods are going to sell for three days. Sometimes lying in the car, sometimes it is too cold in the car, dozens of degrees below zero, I go to find a small hotel, or find a big bathhouse in the Northeast, thirty yuan, go to take a bath, take a rest in the hall, it's also good, that would be a luxury for me.

Now I can basically earn 30,000 yuan a month, which is about the same as other drivers, and during the Chinese New Year, I can earn an extra one or two thousand. After paying off the car loan of 17,000 yuan every month, spend a little more on yourself, and then give a little more to the family, it will be gone.

[2] On the fifteenth day of the first lunar month, you can go home and have a look

Driving trucks is arguably my old job, and I've been doing it since I was 20 years old. I used to drive a 6.8-meter-long minivan, but after the fourth year of driving, I changed to a 9.6-meter one, and now it is 13 meters, and all the way up.

When I first came into contact with this industry, it was mainly influenced by my family, and both of my uncles drove trucks. I've been more like a boy since I was a child, I was originally playing with the car, but then I slowly got started and simply went to get a B2 driver's license.

Later, I swiped the female truck drivers on many platforms, and I felt so cool and sassy, and I also wanted to be like them, so I stepped into the industry step by step.

My parents are very supportive and proud of me, but they are worried. If I don't call them every few days, they'll let me do with the video and see how I'm doing.

Since I was a child, I have been a big baby at home, I am the first child of my generation in the family, everyone likes me very much, my dad loves me, and he has never said a word to me.

After I did this, he called me twice in three days, and he was more frequent than my mother, and every time he called, he went straight to the point, asking me "when will I be back", "how many days are left", and "what time will I be home".

I didn't go back for the Chinese New Year this time, and he was so disappointed. When I was on the phone, when I talked about this, his tone suddenly lowered, and I felt that he was really missing me. On my birthday, I promised him to come home on the 27th and 8th of the lunar month, and I broke my promise again.

My birthday is on the 10th day of the lunar month, not long after. It was a bitter day, I was in a no-man's land in Xinjiang, there was no mobile phone signal, the water in the mineral water bucket was only two or three fingers high, and it was foggy, so for safety, I was driven off the highway.

After I came out, the phone had a signal, and it kept ringing, and when I looked, my mother made 3 calls, my dad made more than a dozen, and I also sent a lot of emojis on WeChat. Finally, he said, "It's good for you to eat a boiled egg." ”

At 2 a.m. the next day, two hours after my birthday, I had a hot meal, and I ordered a small plate of Xinjiang chicken in a very remote restaurant. I don't feel as good as the food my mom cooks for me every year.

The boss was about the same age as my father, and when I was eating, he said, "You see you're dirty, why don't I boil you some hot water and wash it?" He called me "girl" and asked me if I had a bucket in the car to fill me with some water, "You can wash your feet, or you can boil and drink." "I want to shed tears.

At that time, the car drove further ahead to Sichuan, the mountains in Sichuan are very big, and it was snowing, I didn't have snow chains, the boss said, "If you are at my door, I will turn on the lights for you all night, there is a camera at my door, you rest in front of my door." "I felt warm in my heart instantly.

But I still refused, I couldn't rest all the time, and I was delayed by half an hour for dinner. At that time, I was pulling fragrant pears, the kind of gift box, and the environment itself was quite bad, and I was afraid that it would freeze for others again.

After driving for two or three hours, I started skidding on the hillside. The cargo plus the body, a total of more than 50 tons, I slipped. The old masters of the sports car for many years have stopped and pulled over to sleep, some of the cars have slid to the edge of the cliff, the double flashes are turned on, all the old drivers dare not move, and I am still climbing up.

I couldn't stop for a moment because of the pears I pulled, and the truck went at a speed of 5 yards, and the wheels were grinding and smoking, and I lowered the window, and there was a smell of burning. It was just like that one night, when the newborn calf was not afraid of tigers, and now that I think about it, I was quite scared. I told my third uncle, and he beat me up.

The next day, I was short of oxygen again in Qinghai, and a cardmate rescued me, he gave me a bottle of compression oxygen, and I felt good to have oxygen at that time.

Next, I plan to make two more trips to save up the loan repayment money for these two months, and then I will spare a few days to go home to accompany my parents and my little girlfriends, and we will get together for a while. It is estimated that on the fifteenth day of the first lunar month, I can go home and have a look.

[3] I hope that we can help farmers in the future

I got to know some female truck drivers on the Internet, and they basically drove 9.6-meter-long trucks, were in their thirties and forties, and took on much heavier responsibilities than me.

Some of the women in our forties and fifties have children who are about to get married, and the bride price is more expensive, so they can earn more money to marry their sons, or their children are about to go to college, and they are under a lot of pressure and have to work hard to earn money.

I see the female truck drivers on the Internet, all of them are one here and one there, and there are a lot of videos, but in real life, I have never met them, and they are all big men.

I think I'm still relatively lucky, and the big brothers and bosses I met are very good to me, and there is no discrimination or prejudice. I said that I was on the road for the New Year, can you give me some money, and the boss readily agreed.

I'm actually in a good state of mind, but there are also times when I'm depressed in the middle of the night, I feel so pitiful, I'm holding the steering wheel here, and I don't make enough money every day, I think about my future, and sometimes I'm confused, "Do I always have to drive like this?" "How old am I going to drive?"

Regarding the future, I have a plan, after the short video account has more fans, I want to help farmers. Because I often come into contact with the fruit farmers in Yunnan, Guichuan, they are very hard, they grow all kinds of fruits and vegetables, all of which are very good, but some of them cannot be sold at a price, and some are worried about sales.

I have been in contact with the owner of the acquisition here and the person who collects it on my behalf, and when I chat, I will learn about some wholesale prices and retail prices. Now individual bosses can make money, but farmers earn less, but they are the hardest, I thought about this, I wondered if I could help farmers, let them sell faster, earn more, and also help consumers eat the freshest fruits at the lowest price, and I can also make some small money from it.

I feel that this is very meaningful, and when the number of fans reaches a certain level, I want to really do something for these hard-working fruit growers.

Overall, I'm quite content now. Next year, I plan to find someone in my hometown who knows the bottom line and sports cars together. If my little sister wants to change careers, you can run with me first, help me record videos, help me pull the rope to cover the tarpaulin, don't have to drive, and focus on a companion, which is also good.

It's already half past eight o'clock in the evening, and it is expected that the loading will be until about 11 o'clock tonight, and the workers are now going to eat. I haven't eaten yet, but when we're done talking, I'll be able to eat, find a small restaurant, or have a roadside stall, or make do with a bite. After loading the car, sealing the car, and then packing up and leaving, it should be the second half of the night, and it is fast to be able to leave at 1 o'clock in the morning.
