Teachers who read this cartoon will surely have the same deep sorrow in their hearts as I do. There are no two identical leaves in the world, so why should we spare no effort to cultivate identical people? The "standardization" of school education has forced children with distinctive personalities into the same type of "mold." Every child is a living person, they are not "parts" on the assembly line. Our education lacks respect for life and individuality, and when the stick of "standardization" smashes into a living life, there are only two outcomes for them: to be destroyed or to curl themselves up in a "mold".
If teachers can only survive on campus, and are only a microphone for "uploading and disseminating" without the freedom of thought and creative space, how can they have an impact on students? Throw away the "standardized" mold and be a warm and loving teacher
