Since the trial opening of the Qinhan Pavilion of the Shaanxi History Museum, it has attracted tourists from all over the country to check in, and as of January 22, 2024, it has received 133385 visitors.
As the main venue of the 2024 "May 18 International Museum Day" in China, the Shaanxi Calendar Museum will officially open to the public on May 18. In order to bring a better experience to tourists, Qinhan New Town in Xixian New Area is speeding up the improvement of transportation facilities around the museum, and the interchange project on the east side of Qinhan Museum is a key construction project.
The interchange project on the east side of the Qinhan Pavilion is located at the intersection of Qingong 1st Road and Lanchi 3rd Road, connecting the completed Qingong 1st Road in the south and Lanchi 3rd Road in the north, with a total length of about 260 meters, mainly including underground pipe network (box culvert drainage), roads, bridges and culverts, traffic, lighting, greening and other engineering contents.
After the completion of the project, it will connect Qingong Station of Xi'an Metro Line 14 and Shaanxi Libo Qinhan Museum through the salty copper railway culvert and overpass gate, improve the interconnection of Jingwei Avenue, Lanchi Avenue, Lanchi 2nd Road, Lanchi 3rd Road, Metro Qingong Station and other areas, and connect the cultural relics and cultural relics protection and cultural tourism projects such as Shaanxi Libo Qinhan Museum, Qin Civilization Square, Qinxianyang City National Archaeological Site Park, Dahan Purple Road, Qinxianyang City Palace Ruins Protection and Exhibition Area, etc., to meet the travel needs of tourists and the surrounding people.
At present, the pile foundation construction of the bridge project on the south side of the railway has been completed, the excavation of the auxiliary bridge cap has been completed, and the steel reinforcement construction of the cap is being carried out in an orderly manner. At the same time, the excavation and support of the pumping station and the construction of the rainwater pipe jacking well have been completed, and the artificial pipe jacking of the rainwater pipeline and the replacement of the bed of the west auxiliary road are being accelerated. It is understood that the project Lanqi Road West Auxiliary Road and Daqin Civilization Park Connecting Road are planned to reach the conditions for opening to traffic before May 10 this year.
Focusing on the improvement of the surrounding environment, the construction of supporting facilities and the improvement of cultural and tourism functions of the Qinhan Museum, Qinhan New Town has accelerated the optimization of road traffic facilities, solved the pain points, congestion points and difficult problems affecting regional traffic travel one by one, and simultaneously promoted a number of supporting facilities and convenient service projects such as parking lots and commercial function improvements, laying a good foundation for the supporting services of the main venue in China on the 2024 "5.18 International Museum Day".
