【Dingxiang District】

Dingxiang County was separated from Yunzhong County in the Qin Dynasty at the beginning of the Western Han Dynasty, and is located in the eastern part of Daqing Mountain and the Manhan Mountain area east of Yunzhong County. Chengle (today), the capital of Dingxiang County, leads 12 counties, with 38,559 households and 163144 people.

Dingxiang County is placed in a Taishou Mansion and a Sandu Governor's Mansion. Chengle, the capital of Dingxiang County, was placed in Taishoufu; Wugao in the upper reaches of the Dahei River in the northwest was placed as a Duwei; Wuyao at the source of the Dahei River in the northeast was placed as a Duwei; and Wujin on the Barbarian Mountain in the south was placed as a Duwei.

【Yunzhong County】

Yunzhong County is located in the Qiantao Plain of the Hetao region, which was placed by King Wuling of Zhao during the Warring States Period, and the Qin Dynasty continued the pattern of the Zhao State. At the beginning of the Western Han Dynasty, Yunzhong County was divided into two, with Yunzhong County in the west and Dingxiang County in the east. Yunzhong, the capital of Yunzhong County (now Tuoketuo County, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia), led eleven counties, with 38,303 households and 173,270 people.

Yunzhong County is placed in a Taishou Mansion and a Sandu Governor's Mansion. Yunzhong, the capital of Yunzhong County, is located in the lower reaches of the Dahei River and is located in Taishoufu; Wuquan at the foot of Daqing Mountain in the northeast is placed as a Duwei; Yuanyang, not far south of Wuquan, is placed as a Duwei; and Zhenling on the north bank of the Yellow River in the southeast is placed as a Duwei.

Yuanyang is located in the northeast of the Qiantao Plain, in the middle reaches of the Dahei River, and is the predecessor of Hohhot, the capital of Inner Mongolia. King Wuling of Zhao turned Yuanyang into a cavalry training base, with the general Niu Jian in charge, specializing in training cavalry for Zhao State.

【Gohara District】

Jiuyuan, the capital of Wuyuan County, is placed in Taishoufu; on the north bank of the Yellow River from west to east, the three cities of Xi'anyang, Chengyi, and Yiliang are placed in Sanduwei; and in the northeast of Jiuyuan, the fortress of Shimen Barrier is placed.

【Shukata District】

Shuofang County is located in the Houtao Plain, which is separated from Wuyuan County, and the Yellow River enters the Houtao Plain and is divided into a number of forks. Shuofang, the capital of Shuofang County, leads ten counties, with 34,338 households and 136628 people.

Shuofang County placed a Taishou Mansion, three Du Wei Mansion, and two fortresses. Shuofang, the capital of Shuofang County, is located on the south bank of the Yellow River and is located in Taishoufu; Qusocheng on the south bank of the Yellow River in the east is placed in Yiduwei; Guangmu City on the north bank of the Yellow River in the Houtao Plain in the central part is placed in Yiduwei; and in the west Tushenze on the south bank of the city is placed in Yiduwei. The capital of Xihe County was pacified and placed in the Taishou Mansion; in the west, the three cities from north to south were Zengshan, Dacheng, and Humeng, and the three commanders were placed; and in the northeast, Meiji City, the capital of the subject country was placed and the Xiongnu were placed.

【Kamigun】

Shangjun is located in the north of the Longdong Plateau, which was placed by the Wei State during the Warring States Period, and the Later Qin State took Shangjun, and the scope continued to expand. The capital of Shangjun (now Yulin, Shaanxi), led 23 counties, with 103683 households and 606658 people.

Shangjun placed a Taishou Mansion and three capital Governor's Mansions. The capital of Shangjun is located at the place where the Yulin River flows into the Wuding River, and is placed in the Taishou Mansion; in the southeast of the Ordos Plateau and in the northeast of the Mu Us Sandy Land, Gaowang City is placed in the first Duwei Prefecture; in the southeast of the Mu Us Sandy Land, the Huns are placed in the Governor's Mansion and placed the Xiongnu soldiers; in the upper reaches of the Yulin River, the capital of the subject state is placed in the Xiongnu Commandery.

【Kitaji District】

Beidi County is located in the middle and west of the Longdong Plateau, which was placed by the Qin State during the Warring States Period, and incorporated the Xitao Plain after the Xiongnu were driven out in the early Han Dynasty. Yiqu (now Qingyang, Gansu), the capital of Beidi County, led 19 counties, with 64,461 households and 210688 people.

Beidi County placed a Taishou Mansion and three Duwei Mansions. Yiqu, the capital of Beidi County, was later moved north to Ma Ling and placed in Taishoufu; in the north of the Xitao Plain, the Yellow River was set up in the west of the Hun Huai Barrier and placed a Duwei; in the east of the Mu Us Sandy Land, a Shenquan Barrier was set up and a Duwei was placed; in the south of the Xitao Plain, in the west of the Yellow River, Beidian Nongcheng (Shanghe City) was set up, and the Nong Duwei was placed.

Beidian Agricultural City is the beginning of the establishment of Yinchuan City, and has a history of more than 2,100 years. The Shanghe Nongdu Governor's Mansion divided the fields and barren beaches into strips and distributed them to the tun army, peasant households, displaced people and others for cultivation, and divided the pastures into blocks and distributed them to the tun army and herdsmen. Anding County spans the east and west of Longshan, and the main city is on the Longdong Plateau, which is separated from Beidi County. Gaoping, the capital of Anding County (now Guyuan County, Ningxia), led 21 counties, with 42,725 households and 143294 people.

Anding County placed a Taishou Mansion and a second Governor's Mansion. Gaoping, the capital of Anding County, was placed in Taishoufu, in the east, in the county, the main cavalry was placed to train cavalry for the Han Dynasty, and in the north of Sanshui City, the capital of the subject country was placed and the Xiongnu soldiers were placed.

Originally, Xiaoguan and Chaona were the northwest border fortresses of the Han Dynasty, and with the recovery of Henan and the Xitao Plain and the Houtao Plain, this is no longer the border fortress, and has become the hinterland of Anding County.
