Conditions for recruiting teachers

(1) Basic conditions

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China, support the Constitution and laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system, have good conduct, and abide by the law;

2. Have good political quality and professional ethics, good conduct, strong sense of teamwork, strong sense of responsibility, and love for primary education;

3. Have the physical condition and psychological quality to meet the requirements of the recruitment position.

(2) Specific conditions

1. Have a bachelor's degree or above, and obtain a bachelor's degree or above (among them, the academic qualifications and degrees must be recognized by the national education administrative department, and the graduation certificate, degree certificate and various certificates required by the recruitment position must be obtained before September 30, 2024);

(3) Relax the conditions

Those who have been awarded the titles of provincial and municipal teaching experts, backbone teachers, subject leaders, famous teachers, special teachers or outstanding teachers, excellent class teachers, moral pacesetters, and four good teachers, etc., have their academic qualifications relaxed to junior college, majors are not limited, and the upper age limit can be relaxed to 45 years old (born on or after April 7, 1978).

Applicants are not allowed to apply for the exam

1. Those who have previously received criminal punishment or dismissal for a crime;

The recruitment process includes the issuance of recruitment announcements, registration and qualification review (initial interview), examination (including written examinations and micro-class trial lectures), physical examination and inspection, publicity, and signing of employment contracts.

(1) Publish an announcement

(2) Registration and qualification review

1. Online registration: Applicants download the "Teacher Recruitment Registration Form" (Annex 2) and "Teacher Information Statistics Form" (Annex 3) from the school's official WeChat public account, fill in the form as required, and send the form to the mailbox: [email protected].

Registration closes at 18:00 on April 13, 2024 (entries after 18:00 on April 13 are invalid).

2. Qualification review: The qualification review includes two parts: online qualification review and offline review.

(3) Written examination

3. Promotion ratio: Personnel with written test scores ranked from high to low and higher than 60 points will enter the micro-course trial lecture link according to the ratio of 1:5 between the recruitment position plan and the number of applicants (excluding special teachers, provincial and municipal teaching experts, provincial and municipal backbone teachers, and provincial and municipal discipline leaders). (4) Micro-class trial lectures

1. Trial lecture content: for the professional knowledge of the subject to be applied, the candidates will select the micro topics on the spot;

2. Trial lecture results: The full score of the trial lecture is 100 points, and the passing score line is 60 points, and the average score is taken from the examiner;

3. The time, place and specific requirements are subject to the notice of the school.

Note: Rated as a special teacher, a provincial and municipal teaching expert, a provincial and municipal backbone teacher, and a provincial and municipal subject leader, do not participate in the micro-class trial lecture.

(5) Examination results

1. The total score of the applicant = micro class trial * 60% + written test * 40%;

2. The total score will be sorted from high to low, and the group interview will be conducted in accordance with the 1:1 ratio of the recruitment position plan and the number of applicants. If the total scores are tied, they will be sorted by the results of the micro-course test, and if the scores of the micro-class are tied, they will be sorted by the results of the written test.

Note: Specially rated teachers, provincial and municipal teaching experts, provincial and municipal backbone teachers, and provincial and municipal subject leaders will enter the collective interview session with reference to the results of the written examination.

(6) Group interviews

According to the total score of the applicant and the recruitment position plan, the personnel who will enter the group interview will be determined. The relevant leaders of the school will conduct interviews with the passing personnel, and comprehensively assess the personal accomplishment and cultural values of the interviewees.

Those who fail to pass the interview will be filled in order from the highest to the lowest score. In the case of supplementation, if the total scores are tied, they will be sorted by the results of the micro-course test, and if the results of the micro-class are tied, they will be sorted by the results of the written test.

(7) Physical examination and inspection

1. The physical examination shall be conducted in designated medical institutions in accordance with the arrangement of the school, and shall be carried out with reference to the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial) and relevant regulations. If the applicant has any objection to the results of the physical examination, he or she can apply for a review within 2 working days after learning the results of the physical examination, and the review will only be conducted once, and the conclusion of the physical examination shall be subject to the results of the review. Applicants who fail to participate in the physical examination at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have voluntarily given up. Those who fail to pass the physical examination will be disqualified.

Vacancies due to applicants giving up or failing to pass the physical examination will be filled in order from high to low according to the total score of the examination. Those who have passed the physical examination will enter the inspection.

2. The school shall organize the inspection of those who have passed the physical examination. Focus on the ideological and political performance, moral character, professional quality and professional ability related to the recruitment position, and review the qualifications of the candidates again. If the inspection is unqualified, the qualification will be cancelled.

The vacancies formed by the applicant's abandonment or unqualified examination shall be filled in order from high to low according to the total score of the examination. Those who pass the physical examination will be inspected again.

Publicity and formal employment

1. According to the results of examinations, physical examinations and inspections, determine the personnel to be hired. After being reviewed by the Education and Sports Bureau of the New District, the list of proposed personnel will be publicized on the school's official WeChat public account. The publicity period is 5 working days.

2. If the applicant confirms that he or she has given up his qualifications or has been reported by the public during the publicity period and is verified to be ineligible for employment, he or she will be disqualified. The vacancies will be filled according to the total score of the recruitment position from high to low. The replacement needs to pass the physical examination and inspection.

3. After the expiration of the publicity period, the school will sign a labor contract with the hired personnel, and the contract period shall be 3 years, and the probationary period system shall be implemented for the hired personnel, and the probationary period shall be 6 months. At the expiration of the probationary period, the school will conduct an assessment, and the labor contract will be terminated if the assessment is unqualified.
