76 people were heavily fined $75,000

The 76ers were fined $75,000 for failing to accurately and timely report Embiid's game status prior to the previous game against the Nuggets. NBA officials pointed out that the amount of the fine is to take into account the 76ers' previous similar injury reporting violations. According to the results of the league's investigation, Embiid did not violate the player participation policy, because Embiid did miss the game due to injury.

Previously, on January 28, the 76ers played the Nuggets away, Embiid decided to miss 25 minutes before the kick-off, and it was not until 15 minutes before the game was played that Embiid was included in the injury report by the 76ers.

Previously, Embiid returned with an injury, not only losing the game in poor condition, but also having a knee injury by Kuminga, which is undoubtedly worse for the 76ers and Embiid. The 76ers are currently in 5th place in the East with 29 wins and 17 losses.
