Jinyu Medical's entry, the interactive MyPyCircos visualization platform, is a layer-level circle map integration system independently initiated by the Biotech team. The system can display any multi-dimensional information in a circle diagram, such as gene mutation spectrum, expression profile, protein spectrum, etc., and has the advantages of no cumbersome and obscure dependency packages, simple and convenient installation, and all the attributes of the drawing elements in the circle diagram can be modified. With the layer overlay mode and interactive platform, it allows non-biotech professionals to draw high-quality and beautiful circle charts with rich information.
The successful development of the interactive MyPyCircos visualization platform benefited from Jinyu Medical's deep accumulation in bioinformatics. Jinyu Medical has rich experience in the construction of talent echelon, hardware facilities, research and development of bioinformatics algorithms, database construction, scientific and technological services and bioinformatics quality review in the field of bioinformatics.
