Recently, when the Nanjing high-speed traffic police conducted a blow test on the driver Zhang at the Xinji public security checkpoint, they found that the results were abnormal. The results of further breath alcohol testing showed that the alcohol content in Zhang's body was as high as 227mg/100ml, and he was suspected of drunk driving. After investigation, in May 2019, Zhang escaped after a traffic accident, constituting a traffic accident, and his driver's license was revoked by the public security organ in accordance with the law, and he was not allowed to re-obtain a driver's license for life. Under such circumstances, he actually drove on the highway without a license and drunk, intending to go to Shandong.
The final blood test results showed that the alcohol content in Zhang's body was as high as 214.6mg/100ml at that time, and he was suspected of drunk driving. He will be held criminally responsible again in accordance with the law.

Not long ago, at the Nanjing Qixia toll station, the traffic police on duty at night found that a small truck suddenly pulled over after getting off the highway, and the driver walked away while making a phone call after getting off the bus. After a number of police searches, it was soon found that the driver, Wang, was lying under the bridge pier of the ramp.
The traffic police asked the driver to come down and asked him why he had fled. The driver admitted that he had drunk two taels of alcohol, saw the traffic police investigating drunk driving, and fled because he was afraid.
The breath alcohol test results showed that the alcohol content in Wang's body was 35mg/100ml, and he was suspected of drunk driving. Wang explained that after drinking at home that night, he suddenly received a call for delivery, because he was in a hurry, so he drove on the road to deliver goods with luck, but he didn't expect to be caught by the traffic police.
The traffic police criticized and educated Wang, because the truck driven by Wang is a commercial vehicle, and his illegal act of drunk driving will make him face a fine of 5,000 yuan, detention for up to 15 days, and revocation of driver's license and no re-examination within 5 years.
