Those who need to transfer can submit an online application from 8:30 on January 29, 2024 to 24:00 on January 31, 2024 or from 8:30 on February 16 to 24:00 on February 17, 2024. The materials to be prepared for the transfer and the contact information of each school can be scanned and attached.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the Management of Student Status of Ordinary Primary and Secondary Schools in Shandong Province" (Lu Jiao Ji Fa [2016] No. 3), combined with the actual situation of our district, if it is necessary to transfer to another school due to factors such as the change of home address, household registration, and the work transfer of the student's parents or other legal guardians, the parents or other legal guardians shall submit an application. Those who meet the following conditions at the same time can apply for transfer:
1. Meet the requirements of the 2023 enrollment and admission requirements of the school to which you are applying for transfer;
2. The transfer student's current school and the competent department of education agree to transfer out;
3. There are vacant places in the transferred grade (vacant places do not include special places for suspension and reinstatement).

1. Priority will be given to the children of high-level talents or children who meet the conditions of preferential care in 2023;

Transfer process
1. Submission of transfer materials
Register according to the system prompts of the "Ai Shandong" APP or the "Ai Shandong Government Service" WeChat Mini Program, submit real-name authentication and fill in the information, the specific process is as follows:

(2) WeChat login operation instructions: search for the "Aishan Shandong Government Service" applet, select "Weifang City" in the upper left corner, search for "Hanting Transfer Application" and click to enter, and follow the system prompts. 2. Review and revise transfer materials
The transfer materials will be reviewed by the school and reviewed by the District Education and Sports Bureau, and parents can view the review results within 2 working days after submitting the application. If the review is not approved, the information can be modified during the transfer application time or from 8:30 on February 18 to 24:00 on February 19.
3. Degree allocation results
On February 21, according to the degree situation of the corresponding grade of the school to be transferred, the students who have passed the examination will be arranged according to the batch; if the school to be transferred to the school is insufficient, the district education and sports bureau will coordinate the enrollment of the school that is relatively nearby and has vacant places, and parents can log in to the reporting platform to view the allocation results.
4. Transfer of student status

Other Notes
1. According to the requirements of the "Regulations on the Management of Student Status in Ordinary Primary and Secondary Schools in Shandong Province", students in the graduating grade are generally not allowed to transfer to another school.
2. The school will review the information according to the key elements such as household registration, real estate and the school's enrollment conditions for the current year provided by the parents.
3. Those who have obtained the transfer qualification must complete the transfer procedures within 5 working days. If the student fails to complete the approval of the transfer of student status due to personal reasons or the transfer school or the competent department of education within the time limit, it shall be deemed to have automatically given up the transfer degree.
4. Students who apply for transfer from Hanting District Compulsory Education School to study outside the district shall go through the transfer procedures in accordance with the relevant regulations.
