In order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, further promote the extension of comprehensive and strict governance of the party to the grassroots level, strengthen the political responsibility of party branch secretaries to govern the party and govern the party, and promote the continuous improvement of the overall level of party building work in the courts, on January 24, the Tengchong Municipal People's Court held the 2023 annual party organization secretary to grasp the work of grassroots party building work debriefing, evaluation and assessment work meeting. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Li Chengxian, secretary of the general party branch, and attended by all members of the general party branch, branch secretaries and leading cadres at or above the substantive deputy section level
At the meeting, the branch secretaries of the four party branches under the general party branch of Tengchong Court respectively summarized and reviewed the implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the deep integration of party building and business, the construction of party style and clean government and the implementation of ideological work, carefully investigated the problems in the work, deeply analyzed the reasons, and put forward the work ideas and plans for 2024.
Comrade Li Chengxian gave a comprehensive evaluation and one-by-one comments according to the work report of each branch secretary and the daily work of the branch, which not only affirmed the achievements but also put forward the shortcomings, so as to promote the reporting objects to find gaps in the benchmark and table, and effectively achieve the evaluation effect of "red face sweating". In order to further implement the general requirements of party building in the new era and do a good job in grassroots party building, Comrade Li Chengxian put forward four requirements for the party building work of all party branches in 2024: First, strengthen their own theoretical study and improve their ability to do a good job in party building in courts. The second is to strictly implement the main responsibility and comprehensively improve the quality of party members. The third is to focus on strengthening the party's organizational building and enhance the combat effectiveness and cohesion of the party organizations. Fourth, highlight the rectification of problems and promote the party building work to a new level. It is hoped that the secretaries of all branches will take this work review meeting as an opportunity to earnestly perform the duties of the "first responsible person" for the grassroots party building work, improve their political position, strengthen their political responsibility, adhere to pragmatic innovation, implement precise policies, pay close attention to implementation, strive to improve the quality of the court's party building work, promote the party building work of court organs to achieve greater results, and provide more powerful judicial services and organizational guarantees for promoting the high-quality economic and social development of Tengchong.
Finally, the participants conducted a democratic evaluation of the grassroots party building work of the four party branch secretaries in 2023.
