Ingredients: 200 g of peas 80 g of sugar 500 ml of water
Preparation steps:
1. Wash the soybeans and soak them in twice as much water in the container
2. Wait for the peas to soak for more than four hours (of course, the longer the soaking time, the easier it is to steam)
3. Then put the soaked peas together with the water in a large container and put it in the steamer
4. Put the right amount of water in the steamer and steam for about half an hour after high heat
5. Then turn off the heat and simmer for five or six minutes
6. Remove from heat and crush the peas with a spoon
7. Then put the crushed peas into a blender and pour in the white sugar (if you don't like sweet, you can put less sugar)
8. Stir in it with chopsticks and stir it again with a blender
9. Then take a washed box and spread olive oil evenly inside (regular salad oil is also ok, but it should be heated before applying)
10. Then pour the pea puree into it
11. Smooth with a spoon and refrigerate
12. Refrigerate for at least six hours
13. Once you're done, take it out, pour it out and cut it into small pieces before serving
