The content of the annual report
(1) The content of the annual report of the enterprise:
1. Enterprise mailing address, postal code, contact number, e-mail address and other information;
2. Information on the existence status of the enterprise, such as the opening, closure and liquidation;
3. Information on the establishment of enterprises and the purchase of equity by enterprises;
4. If the enterprise is a limited liability company or a company limited by shares, the amount of capital contribution subscribed and paid-in by its shareholders or promoters, the time of capital contribution, the method of capital contribution, etc.;
5. Information on equity changes such as equity transfer of shareholders of limited liability companies;
6. The name, URL and other information of the enterprise's website and the online store engaged in network operation;
7. Information on the number of employees, total assets, total liabilities, external guarantees, total owners' equity, total operating income, main business income, total profits, net profits, and total tax payments.
(2) The content of the annual report of individual industrial and commercial households:
1. Information on the acquisition and change of administrative licenses;
2. Production and operation information;
3. Information such as the name and URL of the website or online store engaged in network operation;
4. Contact information and other information;
5. Other information required to be submitted by the State Administration for Market Regulation.
(3) The content of the annual report of professional farmer cooperatives:

Open the login page of the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (Jiangsu) (http://www.jsgsj.gov.cn:58888/ecipplatform/) and click "Enterprise Information Filling", and fill in the information truthfully one by one.

Paper-based filing
Qualified individual industrial and commercial households can fill in the form online. Those who do not have the conditions for filling in the online application can go to the local market supervision bureau with their business license to obtain the "Annual Report Form for Individual Industrial and Commercial Households", fill in the items truthfully, and submit them to the local market supervision department.

Consequences of failing to file an annual report on time
1. Business entities that fail to make annual reports on time will be included in the list of abnormal business operations in accordance with the law;
2. Every year, the market regulation department will select a certain number of business entities as the targets of public information inspections, inspect the authenticity of the public information, and if it is found that there is concealment of the true situation or fraud, it will be included in the list of abnormal business operations in accordance with law, and announced to the public through the national enterprise credit information publicity system.
3. After being included in the List of the Untrustworthy with Serious Violations, enterprises will not be able to take out loans, invest, enter and exit, participate in bidding and bidding, government procurement, etc., seriously affecting their personal development;
4. After being entered into the List of the Untrustworthy with Serious Violations, enterprise legal persons and so forth will be restricted from registering new companies, operating or engaging in positions, and so forth;
5. After being included in the list of serious violations and dishonesty, the company's credit will be questioned when cooperating with others, which will seriously affect the company's long-term development.
6. According to Article 70 of the "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Registration and Administration of Market Entities", where market entities fail to make a public announcement or submit an annual report within the time limit provided by laws and administrative regulations, the registration authorities are to enter it into the list of abnormal business operations and may impose a fine of up to 10,000 RMB.
7. If the resident representative office of a foreign enterprise fails to submit the 2023 annual report in accordance with the law, or conceals the true situation or falsifies the annual report, the registration authority will impose a penalty or revoke the registration certificate in accordance with the Regulations on the Registration and Administration of Resident Representative Offices of Foreign Enterprises and other relevant provisions.
Note
1. There is no need to pay any fees for enterprises to submit annual reports!
2. During the filling process, fill in and save each item according to the prompts on the left. (The actual content will be partially increased or decreased according to the business situation.) ）
3. Select "Public" or "Don't Publicize"
4. The mailing address, postal code, contact number, e-mail address, existence status, website address, and website information filled in by the enterprise are the information at the time of submission, and the rest of the information is the information as of December 31 of the reported year.
5. The system has automatically associated some data, if there is no change, you don't need to fill in the report repeatedly, click Save, if you need to modify, you can click the modify button under each column to fill in the new data.
6. After confirming that everything is correct, click "Submit and Publicize" and "Confirm" to complete the annual report publicity, if you do not click "Submit and Publicize", the information filled in will only be saved successfully, and the annual report will not be publicized.
7. If an enterprise finds that the content of its annual report is inaccurate, it can enter the "Edit" page to correct it before June 30 of the year of the report.
8. If you can report early, try to report as early as possible, don't wait until June 30!

(2) When applying for a credit loan, pass the bank's review as soon as possible and obtain the loan;
