On December 28, the South Central Axis International Cultural Science and Technology Park, located in Fengtai District, Beijing, was fully opened. At the opening ceremony, 24 companies signed contracts to settle in, including well-known enterprises such as Zhongke Huiju, Guanbang Open Source, Pengbo Chuangzhan, and Yiben Biotechnology. In addition, more than 30 industrial ecological partners have also signed contracts with the park to help the park establish a rich and diverse innovative service ecosystem. The South Central Axis International Cultural Science and Technology Park is a landmark project jointly built by the Fengtai District Government and Zhongguancun Development Group, and is also an important measure to implement the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy and relieve Beijing's non-capital functions.
The park adopts the cooperation model guided by the government and driven by municipal state-owned enterprises, and builds an industrial service support system of "one base, one platform and one fund" to integrate resources from all parties to meet the growth needs of the whole life cycle of enterprises. With a total construction area of 195,000 square meters, the park integrates industrial, commercial and residential formats, and will provide high-quality industrial space, industrial service facilities and talent apartments, striving to become an "innovative community" with the best location advantages and the most complete industrial facilities in the region.
The opening of the park will be conducive to gathering high-tech enterprises and star projects to settle in, further release characteristic space, promote the in-depth integration and development of innovation chain, industrial chain, capital chain and talent chain, and create a strong industrial atmosphere for industrial agglomeration and accelerated development in the south central axis area.
In terms of cooperation with enterprises, the park has widely linked investment institutions, industrial alliances, industry associations and other organizations to attract enterprises that "forge long boards and make up for weak boards" to settle in and cultivate advantageous industries. Up to now, more than 150 enterprises have landed in the park, and two industrial clusters have been initially formed.
The full opening of the South Central Axis International Cultural Science and Technology Park marks the "magnificent turnaround" of the Dahongmen area, and provides strong support for the new round of Chengnan Action Plan and the construction of Beijing International Science and Technology Innovation Center in Fengtai District. This initiative will help promote the large-scale, characteristic and professional development of leading industries, and form the core industrial engine of the Capital New Business District in the South Central Axis.
In addition, Zhongguancun Development Group will help the park cultivate a good industrial ecology and create a "Zhongguancun Innovation Community" with Fengtai characteristics by introducing more than 200 integrated service products in 20 categories of the group into the South Central Axis Park and Fengtai.
In general, the full opening of the South Central Axis International Cultural Science and Technology Park is of great significance for promoting regional industrial upgrading and realizing economic structural transformation. This initiative will help alleviate the pressure on Beijing's non-capital functions and provide a successful example for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy.
