To put it simply, it is an online radio, but I didn't expect that it could not be pushed remotely, and it needed to be upgraded at the dealership, and the signal was extremely unstable, and even dropped during the driving process, and it could not be connected to the Internet for a long time. Although this new car claims to have remote OTA, it can't even improve the minimum functions, so do you expect it to be upgraded later?
Some time ago, there was a news on the hot search, that is, the M5 driver of the M5 stepped on the accelerator by mistake, and as a result, he hit the rear vehicle in the reverse gear, and AEB did not intervene. The manufacturer gave the statement that the working speed was exceeded, and the system mistakenly believed that the owner was in an emergency evasion.
In fact, this is not too big a problem, but if it appears in a fuel vehicle, it is basically impossible to solve unless it is redesigned. Just recently, Yu Chengdong said at the press conference of the M9 that the reversing AEB of the Wenjie series has been solved, and OTA will be pushed to all vehicles of the Wenjie series in January this year. This means that the bug has been solved.
This is the charm of electric vehicles, OTA push can not only be aimed at the vehicle system, but also the chassis, power system and even the handling can be upgraded. Compared with rugged fuel vehicles, the refinement and scientificity of electric vehicles are obviously better, not to mention that electric vehicles themselves have the advantage of low energy consumption.
If there is a big problem in the design of a new car in the era of oil trucks, it will almost ruin the future of the entire new car, even if it has been sold for a long time, there may be a large-scale recall, so that manufacturers and dealers are busy and dizzy, and manufacturers will be overwhelmed.
On the contrary, as long as there is no problem with the platform architecture of an electric car, almost all bugs can be corrected through version iteration, and there is no need to visit the store, which is the charm of electrification.
