Nepal is culturally diverse, with various religions such as Hinduism, Buddhism, and Islam coexisting in harmony. I have been involved in local festivals and witnessed the colorful celebrations and felt the devotion of the people to their faith. The annual celebration is a feast for the eyes and the soul that makes me even more fascinated by the culture of this country.
The natural landscape of Nepal is even more breathtaking. I have trekked through the Annapurna Mountains, where I have immersed myself in the beauty of nature through the magnificent snow-capped mountains, forests and villages along the way. During this journey, I got to know the friendly and welcoming villagers who benefited me a lot from their simplicity and kindness.
Nepal's society is also full of challenges and opportunities. Here, I was involved in some volunteer work to help improve education and infrastructure in the local community. This experience taught me how accomplished even small actions can make a positive difference in a community.
In the bits and pieces of life, I have learned to cherish the simple pleasures.
