The Honggu Highway Section held a meeting on the arrangement and deployment of road traffic and smoothness during the "May Day" period, conveyed the spirit of the meeting on safety production, flood prevention and disaster reduction of the higher-level units, and made comprehensive arrangements for the work of ensuring smooth traffic and flood prevention and disaster reduction during the "May Day" period.
Strengthen the investigation of potential safety hazards. The leadership team will lead the team separately to conduct safety inspections in various road sections and maintenance stations (work areas), inform the problems found in the inspection on the spot, and order rectification within a time limit to prevent safety risks.
Strengthen the daily maintenance of highways. Maintenance personnel take advantage of the fine weather to speed up the progress of timely repair of potholes, subsidence, damage to traffic safety facilities and other diseases, focusing on increasing the frequency of inspections of long bridges and tunnels, landslide-prone cliffs and dangerous road sections, and dealing with problems in a timely manner;
Make emergency preparations for flood control. Do a good job in advance of the emergency team, materials and other preparations, overhaul all kinds of machinery and equipment, carry out pre-flood investigation and prevention, pay attention to meteorological early warning information in a timely manner, refine the emergency plan, and ensure that emergency protection and safety facilities are in place to ensure that the road is smooth.
Strict on-duty system. Strictly implement the 24-hour duty and leadership system, maintain 24-hour communication, report information accurately and in a timely manner, strictly implement the joint logistics linkage mechanism, strengthen coordination and cooperation with road administration, traffic police and other departments, establish an information sharing and liaison mechanism, and improve emergency response capabilities and efficiency.
Continue to strengthen the construction of work style. Strictly implement the spirit of the eight provisions of the Central Committee and its implementation rules, solidly carry out the "May Day" before the clean government warning education and collective interviews, educate and guide all party members, cadres and workers to consciously abide by the discipline and rules, and ensure that the wind is clean and the festival is celebrated.
