Douyin user @Hanhou founder Wang Guoan (Wang Dare Dare) recently posted three videos in a row, each of which began with "My billionaire mansion Huiyue Terrace was auctioned", and the person who appeared claimed to be Wang Guoan, the founder of the Hanhou brand.
According to public information, the Hanhou brand was founded in 2005, Wang Guoan is the founder of the brand, and Guangzhou Anxin Cosmetics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Anxin Cosmetics") is the operating body of the brand.
After comparison by the Red Star Capital Bureau, the appearance of the above video is the same as that of Wang Guoan, the founder of the Hanhou brand.
Wang Guoan said in the video that he bought the property seven or eight years ago, with a purchase price of 40 million yuan, a down payment of 12 million yuan, and a bank loan of 28 million yuan.
Wang Guoan also said in the video that because of the seizure, he was unable to sell his house in the past few years, but now the house has nearly doubled.
Wang Guoan revealed that the reason why this property was auctioned was because of his personal arrears of 15 million yuan, but the relevant lawsuit had been terminated a year or two ago, "This year, in order to sell this house, I took the initiative to find the court to apply for the resumption of enforcement." ”

According to public reports, in 2009, Wang Guoan placed millions of yuan in advertisements on Hunan Satellite TV for the fledgling Han Hou, and became a special brand of Hunan Satellite TV Golden Eagle Theater with a quarterly advertising fee of 15 million.
From 2011 to 2012, Han Hou won the naming rights of Jiangsu Satellite TV's Happiness Theater and "If You Are Honest, Do Not Disturb" with more than 200 million yuan. Keruida was recognized by the court as a "lai" (dishonest person subject to execution) in 2020, and the total amount involved was 178 million yuan.

History tells us that there is no shortage of buyers for top luxury properties. According to a number of luxury real estate agents in Guangzhou, in October last year, Gao Lin, a former star member of the Evergrande football team, sold his Huiyuetai mansion for 130 million yuan, and it was rumored that the buyers were Hong Kong singer Lin Zixiang and his wife.
An intermediary of Huiyuetai revealed that Huiyuetai has moved away some football stars, executives and family members of real estate companies in the past two years, and some bosses of e-commerce and game companies have come in.
