"I usually come to the base to work in the slack time, I can earn more than 100 yuan a day, and I take care of a meal at noon, compared with going out to work, the family is also very good. Han Yijun, a villager from the Pingshang Group of Songjiang Village, who works at the base, said.
The Qianhu planting base of Caowo Chinese medicinal materials was founded by local villager Han Xiaojin, with a planting area of more than 100 acres. At the same time, the establishment of professional cooperatives, the adoption of the "cooperatives + farmers + company" model, by the cooperatives free of charge to provide seeds, field technical guidance and coordination of order purchase, etc., to drive more people in the county to plant together, broaden the channels for increasing income.
"It's a good time to harvest, and we will harvest as much as farmers harvest, and the buying will continue until the end of the year. Han Xiaojin introduced that since the beginning of this year, the base has driven more than 50 local people to work nearby, and a total of more than 20 yuan in labor wages have been paid.
This year, Daozhen has planted more than 4,000 acres of Qianhu, involving more than 200 households, all of which have entered the harvest period.
