According to CCTV military reports, the rescue work of the 6.2 magnitude earthquake in Jishishan is underway, and a number of satellites have reconnoitred the situation in the disaster area in real time, and helicopters and drones have arrived in the earthquake area.

A number of satellites urgently carried out satellite imaging of the disaster area

After the earthquake, the Land Satellite Remote Sensing Application Center of the Ministry of Natural Resources immediately coordinated the ZY-3 02 satellite and the 2m/8m optical satellite constellation to obtain satellite remote sensing images of the earthquake area.

Up to now, the relevant satellite remote sensing data in the earthquake area has been pushed to the front line of emergency command in Gansu and Qinghai through the natural resources satellite remote sensing cloud service platform, and satellite programming and shooting such as Gaofen-1 and Gaofen-6 will be arranged in the future.

At the same time, the China Resources Satellite Application Center of the China Aerospace Science and Technology Group also urgently called the GF-4 satellite, the GF-1B satellite, the Environmental Disaster Reduction 2A satellite, and the GF-3 satellite to conduct satellite imaging of the disaster area at multiple time points.

At present, the Resource Satellite Application Center has obtained post-disaster images taken by the GF-1B satellite, covering the affected areas including Jishishan County, Jishishan Dahejia, Liuji Township, Liugou and so on.

At the moment, the Pterodactyl UAV has arrived in the epicenter area and will work in the target area for 6 hours. In addition, the Pterodactyl UAV is also equipped with communication relay equipment, which can provide temporary communication services for areas with poor communication in the affected areas to ensure that the affected areas can communicate with the outside world in a timely manner.

Military aircraft from the Western Theater of Operations arrived at the epicenter

On the afternoon of the 19th, two helicopters of a brigade of the 76th Group Army of the Army landed on a temporary tarmac on the playground of Dahejia Middle School in Jishishan County. It mainly performs aerial reconnaissance, material delivery, wounded transport and other tasks

On the 19th, a Y-20 in the Western Theater arrived in Gansu. In addition, a certain unit of the air force of the Western Theater dispatched a helicopter to the airspace over the disaster area to survey the damage at more than 10 points, including Jishishan County, Dahejia Town, and Shiyuan Town.
