After the restaurant is rotated 60 degrees from east to south by two single-slope sloping ceiling spaces, one corner of the volume breaks the long wall on the west side of the lake, and one corner of the main body "breaks out", like a stone boat on the lake. Pedestrians enter the park and stand across the lake, and can peek into a corner of the restaurant from the trapezoidal hole in the wall, and see an "incomplete" interior, while the entrance door in the southwest corner of the building is like a huge "sculpture", and the huge cantilevered structure is exposed to the viewer's field of vision on the lakeside side, making people want to explore closer.

At the same time, the entrance door in the southwest corner of the building resembles a giant "sculpture" that welcomes customers. The huge overhanging eaves are exposed to the view of visitors to the lake, which makes people want to approach and explore it.

Entering the building, there is the reception lobby of the restaurant, which features a front desk, an open kitchen display surface and a custom-made oversized curved wooden table that can accommodate multiple people to dine and make artisanal food. To the left of the lobby is the restaurant's most distinctive sunken dining area, with a single ceiling changing from the tranquil blue-grey of the lobby to a welcoming red-grey as the height of several steps descends, suggesting that this place has another spatial identity. The sunken space maximizes the combination of the building and the lake view, and the height of the indoor windows brought by the long sloping roof is sharply reduced, compressing people's vision and body sense, and directing the eyes to the lake and the opposite bank. From the outside of the building, the sunken volume breaks the "shackles" of the exterior wall and levitates on the surface of the lake (the "stone boat" mentioned above). At the same time, the dining experience of the "Sunken Restaurant" is also unique: the booths designed in one step with the building are at the same height as the external ground, lowering the dining height of diners to the level of the outdoor ground, and the visual view is full of greenery, as if they are in a natural place, accompanied by flowers and plants, and the use of the space feels peaceful and quiet.
Upon entering the building, the restaurant's reception hall features a front desk, open kitchen, and custom-made large wooden tables that can accommodate many people at the same time and make artisanal food. To the left of the lobby is the restaurant's most exclusive sunken dining area. As the difference in height of a few steps drops, the individual ceilings also change from a serene blue-gray to an extremely passionate reddish-gray, suggesting that there is another space here with a special spatial character. The settlement space maximizes the integration of the building with the lake, and the long-term slope roof compresses the visual and physical sense of the person, so that the height of the window opening is drastically reduced, and the view is directed to the outdoors and the other side of the lake. At the same time, the dining experience of the "Sunken Restaurant" is unique: the seating in the building is designed to be the same height as the outside floor, reducing the visual and physical sensations of diners. Diners can enjoy uninterrupted views of the garden. Natural places, accompanied by herbs or other plants, which are at the same height to people's eyes, and as a result, people will feel peaceful and quiet space.

On the north side of the sunken restaurant is a row of low, continuous long windows, and outside the window is a second "courtyard" – a herb garden reserved for the future use of the park, the products of which can also be used for food production in the restaurant at a later stage. Across the wall is a relatively private third courtyard, the "Maple Grove Garden", which is an intimate view of the box area. The two courtyards are connected by a gourd-shaped doorway that symbolizes "a world apart", and the changing natural scenery of the two courtyards is seen in the changing seasons.

Due to the low budget of the building, the design adopts the more common building materials used in the construction industry, the main building is mainly brick and concrete structure, and the indoor and outdoor use of paint, ceramic tiles, asphalt shingles, glass and a small amount of steel to control the cost of the building. This is a clue that "Actually Architecture" has always continued in the attempt of architectural space: using ordinary materials to create a unique experience of architectural space in a rational way to respond to the surroundings and information that we perceive.
