In 2021, Zheng Yuhang officially signed a contract with the Hangzhou Branch of the China Chess Academy to accept the guidance of ma Tianyue and Zhao Jian. On June 8, Zheng Yuhang went to the National Chess Team Championship held in Qingdao.
Zheng Yuhang was born in 2001 in Suchen Town, Hailing District, to parents and grandparents who were farmers. One day, his cousin pulled him to the chess interest class of Su Chen Primary School to audit, and Zheng Yuhang immediately liked it. Zheng Yuhang was 10 years old.
Zheng Yuhang, who comes from the countryside, started late and had weak chess skills. "From the countryside, wild road!" There is nothing famous about it. Such ridicule often scrapes into the ears of father and son.
"As long as you see the goal, your father will support you unconditionally." Father Zheng Xiaosheng made up his mind that he must cultivate his son into a talent. Zheng Yuhang successively studied under Liu Zhifeng, Tang Hua, the king of Jiangyan chess, and Huang Weikui, the king of Taizhou, and was also tutored by Zhu Xiaohu, a chess master from Jiangyan. As Zheng Yuhang's chess skills improved day by day, he began to emerge in major competitions in the province.
Zheng Yuhang's progress has attracted the attention of Xu Tianhong, vice president of the Jiangsu Chess Academy and Taizhou chess grandmaster, who made an exception and let this diligent little fellow participate in the training of the Jiangsu Chess Academy.
