It is understood that the last Camaro is the ZL1 1LE Collector's Edition model, with exclusive paint and red brake calipers, and a special edition exclusive badge on the front fenders to increase recognition. The interior also features an exclusive steering wheel logo with special floor mats and interior colours. It is powered by a 6.2-liter LT4 V8 supercharged engine with a maximum power of 659 hp and a maximum torque of 881 Nm, mated to a 6-speed manual transmission.

The discontinuation of the Chevrolet Camaro may be related to the poor sales performance in its market. According to the data, the car sold 51,000 units in 2018, 48,000 units in 2019, and only 29,800 units in 2020.
