It is a very important and urgent issue in the reform of primary medical and health care to build a model and environment conducive to the development of rural grassroots health personnel, and to comprehensively establish a team of rural grassroots health personnel with stable quantity and excellent quality. The key to solving this problem is to increase the training of primary medical talents and cultivate grassroots health "guardians" with both ability and political integrity.
In order to fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, promote the development process of cultivating primary medical talents in Changsha Medical College, deepen the sense of professional belonging of medical students, and enable medical students to take a solid step on the road of practice.
