In order to further strengthen efforts on juvenile legal publicity and education, truly enhance the effectiveness of juvenile legal education, and give full play to the important role of legal education practice bases in juvenile legal publicity and education. In November, the Oriental Court, together with the Municipal Education Bureau, launched the legal education practice base activity and the "Court Open Day" activity, inviting more than 1,650 student representatives from 46 primary and secondary schools in the city to visit the education base to understand the work of the court and feel the judicial authority at "zero distance".
Under the leadership of the cadres and police officers of the Oriental Court, the students walked into the court, visited the rule of law wall, trial court and other areas, and learned about the court settings, case trial process, etc., so that the students could deeply and intuitively feel the judicial authority, so as to establish a correct concept of the rule of law. The court officers and police officers also distributed a pamphlet on drug prevention knowledge to the students, explaining the classic drug cases, the types, harms and preventive measures of drugs, so that the students could realize the importance and necessity of young people's refusal of drugs and prevent drug crimes, and improve their ability to resist drug violations and crimes and effectively protect themselves.
During the activity, the court officers and police also gave vivid rule of law lessons to some school students on the themes of "preventing school bullying" and "drug control", guiding students to abide by the law and get along with each other amicably, planting the seeds of law in the hearts of students, learning to take up legal weapons to protect their legitimate rights and interests, and striving to be a good student in the new era of respecting the law, learning the law, abiding by the law, and using the law.
In the next step, the Oriental Court will continue to carry out various forms and rich content of juvenile legal education activities based on the practice base of juvenile legal education, guide the majority of juveniles to effectively enhance their legal awareness, and create a good legal atmosphere for building a harmonious campus and promoting the healthy growth of juveniles.
