Although China is poor, it has a large population and a large territory, and it dares to fight hard and fight head-on with the Soviet Union.
And if China wants to knock Vietnam, the United States must come forward to hold down the Soviet Union, otherwise the Soviet Union will respond to Vietnam in the north, and it will be difficult for us to deal with the enemy on our backs.
When the designer returned home from his visit on February 5, the troops in the south were urgently mobilized, and various strategic materials were transported to Guangxi and Yunnan, and then on February 17, the self-defense counterattack began.
On the 1,200-kilometer border line, 10,000 artillery guns shook the mountains in unison, and the opposing side's pillbox barracks positions were washed and ploughed indiscriminately. Immediately the barrel was adjusted, and the artillery fire extended to a deeper level. At the same time, 220,000 Chinese soldiers jumped up, crossed the border with guns and charged south.
At the same time as the battle between our side began, the White House of the United States did not delay for a moment, and immediately conveyed a message to the Kremlin through diplomatic channels, to the effect that if the Soviet Union started a war in northern China, the United States would never stand idly by.
The tone is very hard, and it is a warning taste, and it looks unquestionable.
